Best Bathroom Faucet in Saint Petersburg FL

Woke up to hissing noise and water leaking everywhere. Left a message after hours and they responded 2 minutes after they opened at 8am. Came within the allotted window, then told me what we needed. We went and got what we needed from Lowe’s and they came back the same day and everything is now fixed. We’re super nice on the phone and in person. This was my first need for a plumber as a homeowner and now they’re who I will be calling for the duration that I own this home.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had a hot water slab leak at my house. Justin recommended me to have the company Leak Tracker come out and pinpoint the leak. Once that was done Justin was great at getting me through the rest of the process. Gave me a couple of options to choose from, and the proper advice needed for each option.
He was able to fix the leak for me and get my house back to normal.

Best plumbing experience ever!! They go above and beyond. Not only that but they do excellent work that they back it up. I had a slab leak and they had to repipe my whole house. They came out quickly and repaired it in the time frame they said they would. They go above and beyond. Had to put the pipes in the attic. I had mentioned to them, I don't do heights/ladders so I'm afraid to be up there.. While in the attic, as a help to me, he glimpsed around to see if there appeared to be any rodents living there. Also, handed down things up there that my ex had put up there. Although that is not part of their job, they did it to help me. To them it was a little thing but to me it was a BIG help. Once the job was completed, I heard a knocking sound when we first used the water for the day. Since the noise would not repeat after the first running, it was hard to see where the issue was. However, they continued to come out until it was remedied. Each time I called, the lady/ladies in the office were very professional and polite. Treated me as if I was family. The plumbers came out quickly and when it was convenient to me. My house is now repiped and quiet. Thank you Mark, Ted, Nick and Josh and Alyshia (?) for your excellent service. You guys are GREAT!!!!

I'm very happy with Trust EB Plumbing Services. They removed an existing water softener and installed a new one. They are easy to reach, came out promptly, did a great job at a fair price, started up the new softener and left everything clean. It was a very good experience, I would hire again.
