A big Thank you to Slaughter Plumbing. We called in the morning that our Hot Water Tank was leaking. by Mid afternoon they arrived with a new tank, installed it and finished with in a couple of hours. Excellent installation and clean up by Jeff. I highly recommend Slaughter Plumbing for your water softener, Hot Water Heaters or any other plumbing needs.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Josh did a great job this morning on my clogged tub. He found a plastic cap in the line and got it out. I was ready to rip the floor up and replace the pipe. No need. Plastic cap has been there a long time but had flipped over and clogged the drain. Thanks Josh

The guys were professional and courteous. They double checked their work ensuring it was of top quality. A little expense compared to others, but the service and professionalism made up for it. We will use them again.

Scheduled them twice to fix a leak...both times it was a no show. Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone

Suddenly dont have hot water at night. I called the company to come out and customer service only the mentioned about the dispatch fee of $100, once they find out what is the problem they will let me know the repair cost before proceed. When the technician came, he called and said they have to charge for diagnostic fee of $369. Since I already paid for dispatch fee of $100, I just need to pay for the different of $269. I wish I knew about the diagnostic fee ahead of time before asking them to come out. At the end the technician only has to reset the water heater and it working again. He in/out within 10-15 mins max. He even said I do airbnb and I make money, so do they plus everything has a price…. But sorry I dont make $369 dollar for renting out my place for a day compare to what he charged me $369 for less 15 mins works and less 30 mins drive. Forgot to mention, I have told him “you might just need to press the reset button sir”, then he said “sorry mam I can’t do anything until you pay $269”… I already paid $100 to get him out here, I can’t let my guests stay there without hot water. By the way, I was not in town on that day otherwise I could have done this myself and dont need to pay $369. Company should be more transparency so customer can make right decision. I share my story so you dont make the same mistake like I did.

Called because they came highly recommended. I asked if there were earlier appointments, but were told that there weren't. So, I made my appointment between 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. He shows up at 11:30 a.m. I WFH and could not accommodate him at that time. He said that he would come back at the appointed time, but never showed. Mentioned that he would email me with an estimate, without even seeing anything. We also had other work that I hadn't asked them about. Missed opportunity based on ignorance.
