I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Josh arrived right on time. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what it would cost to repair the toilet. When he was done he made sure to show me how much better the toilet flushed. My 3rd great experience with Performance!

Plumbing by Paul is the most reliable and fast acting company I have ever used! Paul and his team came out quickly and took care of my plumbing issues. From the girls in the office answering the phones to the guys that came out here, definitely recommend giving them a call.

I wanted my drains camera’d as when I have guests and the bathrooms and toilets get used a lot it sometimes backs up. Charged $250+ for camera work then $450+ to dig a hole and fit an inspection riser to the sewer outside the house. I’m still not sure if the problem will reoccur. They said I probably need it jetting outside and want to charge me $1275. for the pleasure. I’ll shop about I think.
I paid over $700. for about 3 hours work and a bit of plastic. Very expensive I feel.

Called twice and left a message for service. Nobody ever called back. Don't waste your time, find a plumber that puts customers first!

We received excellent service from Mike L. from McGill to repair our tub valves, install new faucets, and snake a drain. He was prompt, efficient and professional. We'd recommend Mike and McGill to anyone!
