HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Get someone else to pick up the phone to represent the company better.

I've used Graywater Plumbing for a recent job to add laundry connections and a tankless hot water heater and am about to embark on a larger project with them to repipe our whole house with pex.

So far their work has been excellent, they haven't had any inspection issues, and they've been incredibly accommodating. Their quotes are professional and reasonable, as are their staff.

to replace a propane tank and connect it to a stove inside my house. Rick and Claudia were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive in getting the job completed. The quality of the work was exceptional and it was obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work. I will use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, unconditionally.

Very slow to even get a quote for cost of works, I've been waiting for over 4 weeks, phoned back multiple times to be told it'll be with me next week.

(Disappointed!!) with the customer service I received, my AC was installed but didn't pass inspection, I've place 3 calls and sent 1 email, I even asked for a manager to call me back to try and get their highly trained tech to come back and fix the problem, as of today I have not heard from ABC Plumbing.

*** NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT OR CALLED BACK *** Scheduled an appointment for 1/4 at least 3 weeks ago. I have a small leak in my kitchen. On 12/23, I called and left a message for a water heater issue but went with someone else due to urgency. Cesar called me back and I told him I had someone else but I confirmed the 1/4 appointment. On 1/4, I called and left two messages prior to 10a regarding the appointment and arrival time (scheduled for 8a-10a). No response and never showed up!
