After having a few no-show plumbers to fix a leak that kept getting worse, Flow Pros was super responsive, squeezed me in quickly. Two guys came, one who was training, and both were professional, pleasant, and knew their business. They also gave me multiple options for the faucet fix and actually recommended the cheaper option. Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber.

We had an unexpected leak from our water heater and couldn’t find any plumbers who were willing to come check out the issue on a Saturday. We contacted Trust EB Plumbing and the customer service was incredible. Eli was here super quickly and quickly discovered the issue and provided us with options. Eli is very knowledgeable and installed brand new water heater. We will be sharing the information to everyone we know to use Trust EB Plumbing for any and all plumbing necessities. We 110% recommend Trust EB Plumbing.

We had a leak in our slab that had flooded our floors and surrounding areas. Webb was able to come by on the same day we called and quickly find the leak. He was punctual and is highly skilled at finding and isolating a variety of leaks. I was impressed with his ability to find leaks without remove walls or flooring.

We actually had to call Webb for another leak less than a week later and he made the time to come out late after a long day of being on a job site to find it. His care and concern for the home owner is evident in his work and professionalism.

I would highly recommend using Leak Ops if you have a leak. Webb also has a great network of plumbers and restoration services he can refer you to that also provided excellent service for our issue.

I just received service from mr. Rooter of Clearwater. This company was referred to me by a very dear friend. Matt, the technician that helped me, was absolutely amazing! His expertise and very caring & understanding manner could not be topped... I would recommend Matt and Mr. Rooter to anyone and thank everyone at the company so much for the service!!! 😊👍👏👏👏

This will be a mixed review. Initially my experience with this company was excellent. But after the phone call I just had with them trying to give them more business, I will never use this company again.

The toilet repair I had done was good. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The technician was professional. The price was reasonable. The technician suggested that I get an estimate to re-pipe the house or the problem and recur.

A couple of days later I called to schedule that appointment to get an estimate and the person who answered the phone said the guy who does the estimates will have to call you back. I said fine. Two weeks later, I haven’t heard from the company. So I called today to get a status when can I expect to hear about getting an estimate. The guy who answered the phone said the owner is the one who does the estimates and he’s busy out doing jobs so we don’t know when we’ll be able to get you an estimate.

When I explained that I already called I was told two weeks ago somebody would be in touch with me can I at least find out an estimate of when I can get an estimate. He said I don’t think we want to do the work for you.

It’s reasonable to ask for a timely response to when I’m going to hear from someone about when I can expect to get an estimate or at least be able to hear from somebody to schedule a time to get an estimate. Apparently this company is too busy to even get new business when it was their idea that I give them more business.

I have to say I will never call this plumber for anything in the future.

ETA: I was incorrect above. My first phone call to the office was 10 days ago, not two weeks. In response to the reply by the vendor, I did not become rude. I asked for a timeline of when I could expect to hear from someone to schedule a time to obtain an estimate. As it had been 10 days with no follow up call - for all I knew my previous message was lost. My last request for a timeline before I hung up was after he said I could pay for it (which, had there been ANY apology for the 10-day delay, I would have considered) and then he said they did not want to do work for me. I still maintain that 10 days is too long to go without a follow up - at least to say they still had my inquiry in line for review.

Excellent work, fair price. They fixed McGills Plumbing inept garbage work. Friends plumbing came out on a Saturday and fixed a problem I've been dealing with Mcgills plumbing for 2 weeks. Friends plumbing fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. McGill screwed up the work I hired them to do. . McGill incorrectly installed piping and charged me over $1400 for it. Then, refused to fix it correctly. Instead, McGill wanted to put a band-aid over their own screwed up work and then charge me more money to do it. If that's not bad enought, I would have wound up with something I never wanted. McGill Plumbing SUCKS. Friends Plumbing was awesome. They did the job right, quickly and for a very reasonable price. Jack, of Friends, was also totally cool having a great personality. I appreciate Friends plumbing and they now have a new customer. Want your work done right? Call Friends. Want to get ripped off, inconvenience and scammed - call McGills.
