February 2019....our porcelain plank floor was very warm in an area where a broken copper hot water pipe had been repaired 2 years ago. Sonny located the broken pipe and suggested a replumb rather than repair since the foundation hot water copper pipes had problems in the past. Sonny referred us to Gray Water Plumbing for the replumb and we were very, very pleased not only with their work but the fact that they accommodated us so quickly with the knowledge we had out of town guests arriving the following weekend and would need water!! Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

Prompt response to my call. However, the plumber that came was in a hurry, it was at the end of the day and resolved the problem only temporarily. I believe he overcharged for the limited amount of work he did. He didn't realize he was working outside my work window when he took a call where someone was rushing him to finish.

I had to replace my tankless water heater back in early June, and the company apparently can't add as whole because the tech charged me a $100 more than what the total was for parts and labor. I've called a couple of times DURING business hours and talked to different people every time, gave them my info and it STILL has not been fixed... This is beyond frustrating.. Here it is September, and I have yet to get that refund. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN...

Stay away from this company - they are a rip off. The serviceman told me I needed a new garbage disposal - and charged me almost $300 to replace it. Today I found it leaking - and that's when I saw I had been really ripped off. 1st it was a smaller disposal than I had, and it wasn't new - it was USED - AND RUSTY. Whats more the wires connecting it were open and exposed - lucky someone didn't get electrocuted. They need to be reported to the better business bureau. Total RIP OFF

Plumb Crazy came in after a DIY project gone way wrong. They were honest, gave us options, showed when they said, did a professional completion of the work and I am going to contact them again soon...cause we didn't learn from our first trying to do it ourselves.

Was out of town and came back to a non working AC. I called and a service Tech was sent out promptly. This company is always professional and efficient. I've been a member for years on their service plan and their low monthly fee has been a great value to my family. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants good service and value.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing.
