Best Our Residential Plumbing Services in Saint Petersburg FL

Bought a condo on March 1 2021. Previous owners had a contract on the a/c unit with Fast of Florida. Contract was paid up until May 23. Confirmed this with the front office. Right before we closed the previous owners had the unit serviced and the guy who did the work suggested that the coils be replaced, as they were very rusty and starting to crumble. Owners were told part was under warranty, so it was ordered. Was supposed to be installed the day before closing, but Fast called the owners and told them they would have to postpone the install because their guy was sick and couldn't make it. They relayed the info to me. A few days after closing, the a/c unit stopped working. I called immediately and said please come out with that part asap and install it. They couldn't find it. They said it had been sitting in the warehouse for too long and that someone else used it for another job. They then told me that the part was out of stock and the manufacturer wouldn't be able to ship the part for 2 weeks. In the meantime, I asked AGAIN if the part was in fact under warranty, and after several phone calls and pleads for an answer, they finally confirmed that it was. Part finally comes in 2 weeks later and they go out to install it. They called and told me the part was NOT under warranty, and they were having trouble installing it, and that I should just go ahead and replace the whole system. WHAT?? I explained to the general manager on the phone the entire history of the unit (he knew nothing about anything), and he then proceeded to tell me that no one in his office told me the part was under warranty, and insinuated that I was not being truthful!!!!!!!! To say I was irate was an understatement lol. After lots of arguing back and forth I finally just dropped them and called another AC company, Paradise Air, to help me fix the problem. I did end up replacing the unit. In the meantime, Fast called me back and told me that they really wanted to keep me as a customer, and that they could give me a really good discount on a new unit. The price he quoted me was $500 MORE than what Paradise Air was charging at their regular price!!!! I basically said no thanks and hung up. I have NEVER written a bad review about anything before but this was so egregious that I felt like I had to let everyone know not to do business with them. They were rude, underhanded, and called me AND the previous owners liars. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I had the best customer service experience today from Troy. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going wrong and made great suggestions and even made sure that I was 100% satisfied with his work. I would suggest anyone go to this company and used Troy as their service technician great job to whoever hired him have a great day to you thank you again

I'm a first time customer as my son also used them. Called the day before and they were out before 8:30 am. My ac drain line was clogged their serviceman worked trying to snake it out for quite a while with no success. He then suggested a new line and gave me the price and I gave him the green light. A short time later he was done. I'm happy with all aspects of the job. I found a new plumber and they're even in my town. Thanks guys!

My A/C stopped working due to a bad compressor. On 4/No cold air. Unit is broken. Ordering a new unit today! This was a wonderful service. Hopefully by Tuesday, the new unit will be installed.

I'm really impressed with this company. It's so refreshing to have a local Saint Petersburg native who runs an honest business and charges a fair price. Lamar came to our commercial school property to fix an A/C issue, and I couldn't be happier with his service. He was punctual, friendly, and most importantly, he quickly solved our problem.
