Harvey was promt and courteous even though it was raining. He did maintenance check on my 10 year old a/c unit. He also answered questions about my thermostat and filter.

We have recently purchased an air conditioner from Performance. Our company representative was Nate G. He was polite and punctual and was very knowledgeable about his product. He gave us four options of price range and provided us with several discounts to get us a satisfactory price. I would recommend Nate G. as a 5* employee of this firm.

They fixed what FOUR plumbers gave up on. I've never had a serviceman give up before, but apparently I have tricky pipes and the previous ones couldn't navigate them even with a camera. CW sent a magician who did it without a camera and never gave up until the problem was resolved.

Hot water issue with faucet that was resolved quickly and with a technician that was very competent and courteous. Jarrett Mathis was a pleasure to work with and is a person who likes what he is doing and enjoys solving problems. Good quality personnel are so important to dealing with a quality firm.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know. I was lied to from day one! The plumber showed up to my house demanding a check for work that wasnt even started. I told him numerous times where the check was and first thing in the morning I get a text demanding money that was supposed to be there, which was, but the plumber couldn't find it. Then, work was slowly done for about 2 weeks, after I was told day after day he had an emergency and didnt show up, had another emergency and didnt show up, never finished. I was told I would get my money back b/c NOT even half the job was done that was agree upon. The money was taken and never sent back like the plumber promised in a text message. The text even showed the money on the plumbers coffee table in $100 bills. So, I got charged for work that what we originally agreed on, but in the end only half the job was completed. On top of that, I was told we didnt have parts to a shower system I had bought, The box was never even opened to look at what came with the new system. Worthless, completely dishonest, liars that I feel like they stole from me. Lesson learned. Never EVER pay anyone any money till the job is AT LEAST half done!! I will never pay anyone money upfront for work that has not been started nor completed. I would never trust this company if this is the type of plumbers they send to your home!! Terrell, who is discussed in the previous comments was the plumber at my home as well.

Plumbing is one of those things you worry will always cost an arm and a leg. Premium Plumbing gave me a completely different experience. I had them out to bring something to code for my water heater. Corey arrived on time, told me it was an easy fix, and didn’t even charge me. I’m not saying it’ll always be free, but I can promise I will be a Premium Plumbing customer for life now because of Corey’s honesty and kindness. You want a plumber you can trust and Premium Plumbing is that plumber!

I highly recommend Mike Wellington, The Handy Guy, as the go to handyman. From the moment he arrived he was focused and worked diligently to address our issues. He replaced the kitchen faucet, a faulty valve and repaired a sink drain very efficiently. He was able to take care of the unexpected faulty valve as he had a replacement valve and the tools needed in his tool kit. When I called him this morning, he gave me options for available times, maybe later this afternoon if other appointments went as planned or Wednesday. I opted for today and he readily communicated with me this afternoon was a go and arrived just as he predicted. I appreciated his skill set, communication, and his hard work.

After a lot of frustration with numerous other local plumbing companies I am so HAPPY I found The Drain Team! Called on a Friday, Tim came out on Saturday for a free estimate, which I discovered is something very unusual. Tim was back a few days later to do the installation. The water heater part had a little unique quirk to it, as the last homeowners decided to put the water heater that was now leaking on a shelf about 6 feet high in the garage. Tim succeeded in wrestling it to the ground and then did a beautiful and clean job installing the new unit on the ground. The toilet installation was done in a flash. Tim was courteous, professional, cleaned up all the mess created by the two installations.
I will definitely be calling The Drain Team and will specifically request Tim in the future for any plumbing needs around my house. Great Job.
