This is by far the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. They were called 3 times to our apartment these past two days, worked 3 times, and solved absolutely nothing. Now we have to call them again because the problem persists. They were supposed to fix some clogged pipes, but we had to call them again and again because they leave and the toilets are still clogged and sewage water is flooding our bathtub. This is ridiculous. I wonder if they expect to be paid for this poor job they are doing. Awful. Stay away.

I called for a leak between the main and the house. Andrew was out within 45 minutes. Promptly found and repaired the leak for what I would consider a bargain price.

They were prompt in showing up (less than an hour from the call) and fixed the problem with in the hour minimum they require. We had a sewer back up into our lower level bathtub. They were our second opinion (Which the 1st was Roto Rooter and they quoted us $980). These guys only charged us $150, they fixed the problem and even took the time to look at an unrelated problem and fixed that too for no extra charge.

Matt and CJ called an hour before arrival. They found all gas leaks and made repairs where necessary. Highly recommend this company if all service personnel is anything like the crew we had.

So far, Louis came to my home after my heat pump was blowing hot air. My system is about 28 years old and needs replacing. Louis has 30+ years experience and gave me great advice. Now to see my options and price to have my home cool again. ABC Air is to bring a temporary unit today and should have a total replacement unit by days end. So far, so good.Jason and company worked very hard to install my new heat pump. It is now cooling my home with perfection... You will never know how much you appreciate a working system until you experience it yourself with 96° weather and humidity to boot! Great job and I would recommend ABC Plumbing and Air Conditioning.

I would definitely refer Knott's plumbing. II am always looking for licensed, ethical, knowledgeable professionals to do the work needed and that is what I got. Will certainly use again and will refer.
