I needed 2 water valves replaced under the Vanity in my Master Bath. I left a message Sunday night on their machine. First thing Monday morning I received a call with a price to do the job.

There are companies out there that charge you $50- bucks to come to your house to give you a price. Slaughter Plumbing gave me a price over the phone for the work I requested and that was right on the money.
I appreciate their straight forward way of doing business.

We made an appointment for this afternoon. Cody came to do the job. He was right on time. Very professional. I had a number of questions about the type of valves we should put in and he gave me his recommendation and reasons why.

While he was replacing the valves, I told him that the fixture above the sink was not quite tight. While he was down there he adjusted the mount and we are all set.

Cody explained everything and answered all of my questions. He got the job done quickly and he cleaned up everything.

He asked if he could do anything else for me. I told him that we are going to be replacing the toilet soon and he recommended a Gerber Comfort fit elongated toilet.

I looked on-line and saw the Allerton™ 1.28 gpf 12 Rough-In Two-Piece Elongated ErgoHeight™ Toilet. Looks great and has very good reviews.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Slaughter Plumbing today. I will be contacting them soon to install my new toilet. Cody was fantastic and I would recommend Cody and Slaughter Plumbing to everyone.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Harvey arrived on time and found the problem with the A/C. A/C was back up and running. Harvey was very knowledgeable and professional. Fast of Florida, a great company.

So, around 8 months ago, I found a door knocker on my door and I happened to needed electrical work done so I called. A friendly voice told me when they could come estimate the job. When my tech got there, he took lots of pictures and sent them back to the office. I ask him if he was an electrician and he said “no”, I’m just taking pictures??. After a long talk with his office contact, he gave the phone to me and some guy tells me that the price would be $2,200 for the work. I told him I would get 2 more estimates and he said: “other companies might leave you without power for 24 hours & we have a warranty & he tried to pressure me”. I thanked him but I knew the price was excessive. The work in question was splicing 2 line wires and running two 3 foot load wires from the panel to the meter……about one hours work.The other 2 estimates from licensed electricians were $400 & $250. The lower priced man came and did the job in 22 minutes. I clocked him then I called Duke who turned my power back on in 1 hour a total of 1:45 without power.If I do the math Performance would have charged exactly $100 per minute. I will leave it up to the reader to make their own conclusions about this company.————————I wrote a letter to the owner but heard nothing. Yesterday, after 8 months, I received a call by a sales person to respond to my review. She offered no apology just wanted to sell me more. Her offer was to send a team out twice in the next year to inspect my AC. I inquired if this would be free. She said: “Oh no it would not be free”. These people just never quit. How do these “scammers” stay in business?The culture of integrity & honesty of a company comes from the top down……nothing more needs to be said.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper.
