Best Drain Issues in Saint Petersburg FL

The guys did a great job.The duct cleaning was postponed since we couldn't leave our unit for 2 hours.Also the floor in the building lobby was scrached and we got complain from bldg representatives.It has to be painted over.Thank youRudolf Kosolapov

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Gordon was my Serviceman and he arrived early to fix my A/C issue. Thank goodness it was only a clogged line from algae but Gordon remedied the situation and I'm back to having cool air.

I had to get my mother's water heater replaced. My mother could have called another company as EB was booked up and it would take them about 5 days for them to get to her but she liked them so much from the first job that she decided to wait. The guys were great. They were friendly and professional, my Mother really enjoyed them. They did everything in power to not have to cut the baseboard to remove and replace the heater but it was unavoidable, they also made sure to clean up any mess that was made. This is the second the time we use them and they were great both times.

I broke a pipe and thought I could fix it ,I went to lowes to get parts and met a man that worked for clog king he told me what to buy and how to fix it then I realized I could not do it and he finished the job he was doing then came to my home and did my job ,he went above and beyond, I am battling terminal lung cancer and be for he started the job he gave me an estimate and when it took long then he had planned and it was going to cost twice as much I could did not have the money to pay him ,so he honored the estimate that he gave me ,god bless him ,it was the supply line to my home , I would not have water if it were not for that kind young man named Andrew, Thank you Andrew

Mr. Rooter is a great company. I called them on an emergency situation that could have caused several thousand dollars in water damage. Within the hour, a one of their service technicians named Kyle Helton was at my door. My plumbing issue was diagnosed and repaired in about 45 minutes of the service tech arriving at my house. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future at my residence as well as my business. Kyle was very friendly and it was obvious that he was very well trained as a plumbing technician.
