Chuck did a great job going through the diagnostic and explaining each part of the furnace. He also shared realistic feedback on options / costs for repair and or replace. When the inducer motor went out again same day, he dropped everything to come back with six heaters and patiently go through my options, costs, and examples on new furnace. He even did a good job leveraging his peers for questions I had and second opinions.

McQuillan Bros were able to get a technician out to my house within an hour of calling them to repair my unit. They didn't try to up-sell me anything that I didn't need and that was definitely appreciated. Charlie, the technician, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and at the end of the day won my business over another company that tried to sell me into replacing my entire unit. Saved me a lot of money.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

This is almost a every year and half for us because my wife use a wheelchair transfer it ruff on the toilet so every now and then she breaks the toilet bolt so it always need replacement along with toilet gasget it al a good idea for everyone to replace there gasget to maintain your toilet from backing up there nothing like the sound of a flush when you only got one bathroom and one toilet thank you msp plumbing that why we call you first. Nick arrived on time, assessed our problem, and presented us with three options to resolve it. Once we chose an option, he quickly and competently completed the repair and tried the faucets throughout the house to make sure the problem was completely fixed before he left!

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Our water heater broke over the weekend. Steve came early today and was awesome. We got a new water heater in 4 hours. Steve was wonderful. I will use Apollo for all Air, Heat and Plumbing going forward. First time using this company! Thanks Apollo!

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). I've used Majeski on a few occasions and they are always professional and have a knack for being able to fit you in even on their busy days. We had a main line backup and they were able to get out here the same day.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

Highly recommend AJ Alberts Plumbing. We have used their services several times (valve replacement, garbage disposal replacement, drain issues) and have been extremely pleased with services. Coltan is amazing. Always on time, fair pricing and will definitely use again in the future.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
