This is a company I’ve come to really trust.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Our water heater needed service on a Friday afternoon. I was able to speak to someone on the phone at Dan’s right away. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I was expecting cold showers all weekend- but Dans took care of the problem quickly and courteously! The technician was polite and knowledgeable.The visit was very affordable. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Erik Nelson Plumbing has come out 3x during the pandemic for us. They were quick, reasonably priced and did an excellent job all while being respectful of our covid safety expectations. I highly recommend them!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Had MPS replace my water heater last April. Having issues with no hot water. Called & texted them for assistance, no response. Called the MFG to file a warranty claim and they sent Champion Plumbing next day which the issue was resolved and stuck me with $475 bill. The CP contractor said whoever did the install did a poor job and not up to code. RED FLAGS everywhere and my family could have been in danger! Enraged and called MPS to explain the situation and requested a reimbursement. Lady told me not going to happen and that I should've kept trying to get a hold of them. Explained I did my part communicating two ways, text and phonecall. Even more angry at this point. Lady couldn't do anything and needed to talk to the manager so I took down email and hung up. CP sent me pictures and a report on his service and discoveries so I forwarded to them to MPS. Thinking this will be resolved in my favor but was I wrong. They claimed CP's way of business is to lie to get paid. Well that is exactly what MSP is about. We wouldn't be here if the job was done properly and up to code the first time. I lost $$$ on MPS f'up. I hope they learn from their mistakes because luck is going to run out if they continue to do business this way. My intentions is not to discourage people from doing business with MPS, because we all need to eat, but simply to let others be aware to conduct the research on service companies prior to hiring someone for the job.

We have used Service Today to service our furnace, do some electrical panel work and replace 2 toilets. Every time we work with them scheduling is easy, the technicians arrive on time, explain everything to me and the quality of the work is outstanding. I am very happy with their services. No one likes paying for home repairs, but we know we get good service and good quality. Highly recommend.

Pedro responded promptly to my emergency call. He explained to me each step of his process from diagnosis through repair. He even cleaned up and gave me additional tips to help me maintain my pipes and drains in my own. Highly recommended. Very responsive and highly professional. Excellent quality of work.

Aaron did a great job walking me through and explaining my options for the work I wanted to get done. He's courteous, knowledgeable, and was patient in answering all of my questions. He repaired a water line running to my refrigerator and I'm very satisfied with the job that he's done. Awesome guy! I called to have him come fish a toy out of my tub, he gave me a few ideas to troubleshoot the problem on my own. They worked!! Saved me hundreds of dollars. Very respectable, he's won me for life!

We were experiencing some issues with our hot water boiler system and a low pressure error. Jason M was extremely knowledgeable and knew almost instantly what the problem was and the resolution to fix it. More impressive though was the time Jason spent explaining how the system works and covering what a few of the more common problems could be. He was super helpful and both my husband and I are now a little more knowledgeable about how this system works. We would highly recommend Bonfe and Jason for any plumbing repairs you may need.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!
