We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Dan was out to pump our septic. He was friendly, provided great service, and went above and beyond to answer our questions. We will be using him again in the future and we highly recommend his services!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

I have worked with Master Plumbing on nearly 100 bathroom remodels. They are my go-to every time. Very reliable and professional. If there's ever an unforseen issue, they have solutions, not excuses. Their work is quality every time.

The plumber arrived at my house at the beginning of the scheduled time frame and after a phone call. He checked everything carefully before deciding the best course of action. The floor drain in the laundry has been well cleaned to the main line. He checked the main line and assured me it was fine. Good suggestions were given for the future.

I called this morning for service and Chuck was out by 2pm. He was extremely friendly and professional. Explained everything he was doing and gave me several options on services. I was very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend.

We had a very good experience with Ken, the plumber assigned to our work. We ultimately did not hire this company, though, because we learned that the work was really quite easy to do, and that we would do it ourselves. He helped us to know this.I was glad to learn this, because once we got the estimates of the work to be done, we were shocked by how expensive it was! My husband and I were clear that there was no way the work to be done was worth that amount of money. Ken was totally understanding! We appreciated that. We paid the service visit charge and were happy with the encounter.

Great company! I called Paul the plumber due to my floor drain in the basement overflowing with a clog. He had a guy out that was able to arrive before our scheduled time at 11:00 a.m. this morning. The plumber was professional efficient and got the job done in no time. I chose Paul the plumber due to his professed Christian faith, which I share. It's great to see a company sharing Jesus with everyone they impact through their work. The work done was affordable. Paul even explains things in a simple way over the phone and offers suggestions prior to scheduling a plumber to come out. We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!
