After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Called them out to clean our main drain which backed up. The tech couldn’t clear it all of the way but got the water moving. Two days later it backed up again, they sent the tech back out with the camera guy to inspect the line. Handed me a quote for $16,429 for a collapsed pipe.Called Drain Busters the next day and he cleared the pipe completely, said it was his easiest of the day. Sent the camera down and showed us the pipe in great condition.We’re all in the same boat in our area with big trees and roots in the pipes. Don’t use Roto Rooter at all. They are a predatory service department. I feel bad driving around and seeing them digging up a lot of yards. Crooks.

Lesson learned: go with the local family-owned store, not the one with thousands of reviews. Those guys (these guys) are salesmen.Had ServiceToday out for a routine service check. The service tech diagnosed our heater as having high static pressure (used a lot of alarmist language) and an issue with the temp rise sensor. I asked what we're looking at for a repair cost, and he quoted me ~$350. I explicitly asked if this was the cost to repair or to diagnose, and he said each time it was the cost to repair.So the next day the guy comes out, runs the same tests, gives me the same results, and tries to sell me on $10K of ductwork (that wouldn't even cover the cost of new equipment). Taken aback, I called several other folks, family friends, and they noted that while the ductwork might be a good idea, they were just trying to sell me (though the technician repeatedly insisted he wasn't a salesman). I called a local company about getting their feedback on the suggested repairs, and they quoted me literally 50% of Service Today to do the same amount of work.Their only saving grace is that they did end up refunding me 90% of my money. But even then, I had to call 5 times over the course of 2 weeks in order to get a manager with authority to call me back.Needless to say, not impressed.

Great experience with Pedro. He fixed my leaking toilet valve and replaced some parts with friendliness and efficiency. I'll definitely be using Do It Right again in the future!

They quoted me over $700 for a job that should take about an hour. While the job looked kind of intimidating to me, a random homeowner with no experience doing that kind of work, it should be a walk in the park for a professional. I supplied the part and to say that labor for one hour should be over $700 is frankly absurd. All it was was replacing a faulty part on the water heater. It required no special tools and no special knowledge.I paid them the $20 consult fee and sent them on their way. I’ll find another way.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

I called in the morning when our septic alarm went off. Even though they were extremely busy they came the same afternoon and replaced our pump and had us back up and running by 3 pm. Extremely happy with them.

I highly recommend ENP. They were efficient, effective and very nice people. I appreciated the strict COVID 19 protocol. And they left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. Very impressed and appreciative to now have a good plumbing company that I can trust.
