I contacted several companies about installing a ductless mini split AC system in my parents house, but no one seemed interested in doing the installation. Thankfully, we found Rumpca. Jeff, from Rumpca, was very willing to do the job and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The new system looks great and works very well. My father, John, is very happy with the new AC system. Thank you Jeff and thank you Rumpca!

First cold snap of the season. They were super busy, but communication was great and expectations were met. They provided us with space heaters for the couple days we needed them. Very responsive, and explained it all so that I could understand. My wife dealt with them one day at our home and they treated her very well. I have used Erik Nelson Plumbing for several projects at my house and have found their work to be of EXTREMELY high quality and would highly recommend them. Nick & Adam did outstanding work in removing my old, leaky bathroom faucet and replacing it with a new replacement one I had previously purchased. It works great and now I have no more leaks! The work was done so well AND AFFORDABLE that I called ENP back and had Adam repair my leaky toilet as well. Adam was extremely professional as he prepared a written estimate prior to any work being performed. At the conclusion of the project, Adam's estimate was well within his intiall price estimate range which he provided me BEFORE he started any work. He also did a great job of explaining everything in his estimate. Highly profession service and extremely high quality of workmanship.

Our boiler wasn't kicking in. Jeff from MSP identified the damper motor had malfunctioned. He gave us a couple options for MSP, but suggested we call the company who installed boiler 5 years ago to see if covered by warranty. Parts and labor were covered by warranty and previous company replaced it. By suggesting we check warranty with MSP competitor, Jeff saved us $800 and got the heat back on within a couple hours of our call. Hard to beat that integrity.

Roman and Nathan did a great job of installing/creating 3 zones of heating and cooling into our home where we previously had only 1. After complaining about how hot our bedroom got in summer and how cold the family room would get in winter for 22 years we finally did something about it. We appreciated that in addition to performing the installation of the new venting, controls and additional thermostats that they took care of hooking each thermostat into the wifi, gave advice on new thermostat placement, tested each combination of zones, and also took the time to explain to us how the system worked and changes we could make if needed. The new system works great.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Tech did not take initiative to update me on the condition of my furnace after tune up. I had to ask him. Would be appropriate for tech to update the service log visible right on the furnace as a convenience and reminder to the customer

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
