Mike our service person was very professional. He was knowledgeable and a good communicator. He was also very pleasant and courteous and timely and his appointment arrival. I was very impressed by his knowledge level and ability to communicate things in great detail as that is what I requested. I feel very well informed regarding the situation here, and very confident and happy moving forward due to the service Mike completed at our residence today. We not only have a good point of starting from today but also have a good plan moving forward into the future to solidify a high safety and efficient furnace system.

The experienced plumber knew his stuff. He took out some of the piping where the gas leak was and installed new. The bill was too high for what I could afford.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

I had a positive experience. I was able to get a same-day appointment for a tub spout leak. Nick came and found 2 additional leaks and fixed all 3. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing so I learned a little bit about plumbing too. Reasonable pricing and thorough work. I’ll definitely call again when I need plumbing help.

My basement flooded over the weekend from an old water heater. I called MSP this morning, and within a few hours, I had a brand new water heater. Nick was professional, puntual, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything. I feel at ease knowing I won’t have any more flooding!

This was our first experience with Bonfe and with Alan and it was a good visit. We joined their annual preventative maintenance program (a great deal). We didn't need an immediate visit, but their scheduling got us an appointment the next day. Alan was professional, courteous and explained everything he did to solve our problem. We will definitely be using Bonfe again!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Apollo technicians are exceptionally proficient in their jobs. I trust they can do the job correctly.
The technicians are courteous and helpful. They work until they resolve any issues they encounter.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

This is an excelent choice. I have had many 3 AM disasters and fiascos and they are great too work with. Sometimes you cant fix something for sure in one trip, sometimes issues are complex and vexing. This is when you really get too see the difference in a company, after all anyone can do a good job when its EZ.
In one infamus case they came out every day for a week and replaced practically everything tracking down the problem. Lets just say it was a dooozy too diagnose, in the end it was a huge pain too repair as well since my house has terrible access.
Many companies would try too jack up the bill or turn it into a huge hassle but no, that wasn't even a question. I only paid for a single repair and trip. I'm pretty sure they lost money on me that time and probably a few other times. But too their credit they did so with cheer, clearly this is a company that takes pride in their work. You dont get that much these days. So no need too think twice on this decision.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Thank you very much!

We had a leaking pipe late on Saturday, July 30. My husband called five different plumbing businesses that said they were 24 hour and seven days a week but two could not come out until Monday or Tuesday. Cities one was the only one that called us back and were able to come out Saturday evening. Jim could not have been more friendly and helpful and his quick response saved a lot of headache for my husband and I. I am thankful for the job they did and they have now earned all my future business. Thank you to Jim and the entire staff at cities one.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
