I love that they are local and that they are quick to respond. I am going to be in the need for a water softener very soon and I plan to go with Rumpca for my second service needs!

Aabbott Ferraro just installed a new furnace in our Saint Paul home. We received several estimates prior to choosing Aabbott Ferraro based on Nick's complete, professional, and economical evaluation and estimate. The installation was efficient, professional, and pleasant. Our new furnace was installed and running in under a day. Nick returned to check the work and answer any questions. They have a very good guarantee on their work and equipment. We highly recommend this company.

They never took the time to ask me where i wanted to be price wise and after an hour and a half gave me a quote 3 times over my planned budget since they wouldnt give me an estimate over the phone I had to pay 60 dollars to even get them out to look. So much for a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The tech was fine and did his portion well enough but for a company that prides themselves on customer service this clearly was not what I was expecting.

Tyler was so friendly and really patient explaining things to me being a new home owner.....however after calling around after the fact, other companies said for a new furnace and thermostat it would be about $5,600 - McQuillan charged me $7,300. They installed a very bottom line furnace too. I feel taken advantage of as single female. :-(

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

In the last two months, I have had Erik Nelson Plumbing work on 4 different things at my house. They worked on my kitchen sink, 2 bathroom sinks and on the pipe that feeds my boiler. They handled each of the 4 jobs with care, and did an excellent job deciphering problems and coming up with solutions. One of the jobs, on our upstairs bathroom, involved fixing some custom work that had been done a few years back. They didn't miss a beat - and immediately found compatible parts from a company in California. In fact, the replacement parts were better than what we previously had. John, the plumber that worked on all four of our jobs was also extremely pleasant and professional. It was clear that he cared about his work. I normally don't write reviews but this company is a cut above.

I am new to MSP comfort care program. Today Dan came to my home for a routine inspection of the water heater and plumbing in general. He flushed out the water heater and inspected the old pipes and detected several small, slow leaks. He showed me all of the problem areas, explained what was wrong and how it can be repaired. I wasn't aware of the problem until he pointed it out and saw for myself that indeed there are slow leaks. Even though I'd been in the location of the leaks fairly regularly I never noticed them. Glad he caught it early before the floodgates opened.Had a crisis when ac stopped working. Called MSP and Tony came out lto fix it the next morning! Thought I would have to wait days, Happy I didn't have to wait it out in this heat!

Tristan was very polite and professional. Answered all my questions I had. Checked over everything to make sure they are working at peak performance.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

We built a house and were told to use this company by our builder. This company was one of the only competent and reliable companies our builder recommended. Their front end staff is wonderful, the workers were clean, professional and courteous. They can get you in within a few days of calling and they were always on time and made sure we all our questions were answered and followed up to see if they could improve (Nope!). We had one small issue with our washer and they came the next day to fix it and apologized for the mistake. Highly recommended!

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Thank you very much!

Lack of attention to detail. Lots of solder dripped on floor and they threw a rug over it (I cleaned it up). Huge holes drilled through studs for small diameter piping. Drilled 2.25 hole through the top of a closet door jamb for no reason, and one other unneeded large hole (oops!). Basically anything that wasn't connecting two pieces of pipe was done sloppy.

Robert Theobald is excellent in all aspects. He is skillful, efficient, friendly, and a problem solver. His service is greatly appreciated.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
