Called on a Friday morning for Saturday service, which they allegedly provide. Was told they could be there in the morning and that the owner would call me back. No call back. I called back again after lunchtime and was told the owner was right there and would call back momentarily. You guessed it - no call back. I then called a couple of minutes after 5:00 p.m. Of course they were gone for the day. So here I am with a shower faucet that won't stop running and I've placed all my eggs in this businesses basket. They said they could do the job and I go no return call after 3 tries. Listen folks, if you want to be in business how about doing what you say you're going to do? Completely unprofessional.

Great experience from the moment I contacted them. Their team is very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs including their emergency services. They are honest and fair in all aspects. You get what you pay for with contractors, do not pay twice, use these guys first.

I can't even begin to say how thankful my family is for these guys!! Thanksgiving day our sewer backs but, from our cleaning lady flushing Clorox wipes the day before. It was a really crappy situation. They came so fast and were more than fair on price.. Thank you SOOO Much!!!

Doug was professional and polite. Had him out to repair an outdoor hose bib and replace tow water shut offs. Fast and affordable and available when I needed them. Would have them out again!

Ben and Joe were great helping with a code violation on the sale of a house. They jumped right on it and had the problem solved and a passed inspection in to time. Competent, reliable, personable, a pleasure to work with.

Unfortunately we can’t reply to their replies, but they reply putting the blame off on something else in every bad review. I urge you to read my experience with them on the fb page, and commenters who agree this company threatens people often when they performed poorly.
Not showing up for days when you’ve been scheduled, installing work that leaks after they’re gone, lying about having applied for permits. The list goes on and on. Their reply to this review is misleading to anyone reading reviews. I’ve edited this to mention that.
I do not have a groundwater leak. I have mud and rain coming through the hole they failed to patch, that they created. And only when it rains.

Service tech arrive at promised time for inspection of gas pipe to give me a bid for replacement.
