Jake from Linek did an amazing job on my kitchen sink. It had not been working properly since we got new countertops and a new sink a year ago. He talked me through what the root cause of the issue was and did exactly what needed to happen to fix it. No corners cut.

Quite simply the best service I have received in my area for plumbing. Price was reasonable, The Technicians, Josh and Luis were personable and professional through and through. The number one thing is they were honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. That speaks volumes of the business itself as well as the character of its employees. Thank you so much. Elmer was very professional and courteous. He had to leave and come back again, as the water had not been turned on yet, but the receptionist stayed in touch with me and the scheduled work was able to be completed. This is one of the few companies I found that will do de winterization.

They overcharged me over $1500 more then estimate. They held us hostage because we had to close on our house and couldn't dispute the charge.

Called on a Saturday afternoon...around 1:00. Jason was finished and gone by 3:00 and had an open sewer line! On a weekend! Open in 2 hours of call! Only cost $75! Unheard of. Requested several business cards to ensure we have their number for the next time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!.

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

Prompt, professional, good service, and resolved the problem. I'd definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First call: they lost our appointment. Called the next day and was told someone would be here that day. Called at 4:00 that afternoon, looking for the plumber, was told we aren't going to make it today. Someone will call you tomorrow. Called the next am at 10:00, STILL looking for the plumber. An extremely crass woman answered the phone and said, we will be there this afternoon. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment. Not sure how this company has been around for 60 years.

We've used Drain Masters twice, and both times have had great results and a wonderful experience. This time around, our lateral sewer line was clogged and water/sewage started backing up in the house. A technician was at our house within 2 hours of our request for an appointment, and was actually early. The technician (Aaron 227) was friendly, professional, and showed me the roots and sludge clogging the pipes with the video line. He answered all of my questions and was honest and up front about costs. We had to hydrojet the line ultimately, and the other technician named Mike who came to assist was also friendly, professional, and patient to answer the dozens of questions I asked him about the equipment.

I'm not sure if Drain Masters is the cheapest service in town, but this was easy, wasn't disruptive to our lives, and quick. Thanks so much!

Brad did an amazing job repairing our toilet, shower, and fixing an outdoor tap! He was courteous, helpful, and very thorough! We will definitely use Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company for our plumbing needs in the future!

I used Flow King Rooter when I needed some last minute repairs and I am truly blown away at how accommodating and responsive this group was. The sale of my home threw constant curveballs and Silvio was responsive after hours, on the weekend, etc. I was afraid this great service was going to mean a ridiculous bill because Silvio knew the timelines were so short I couldn't get another bid..... The price was extremely competitive! I can't recommend Silvio and team any more. I don't care the circumstance, I'll use these guys as long as they'll have me as a customer.
