Had a lateral line clogged with tree roots and nothing else. The policy of a one hour minimum charge followed by fifteen minute increments was explained to me when I made the appointment. I didn't consider the notion that I would not be consulted at the end of the one hour minimum, but this is the case. I don't think the marginal cost of the extra time equals the marginal benefit to my drain. That said, I'm not accusing anybody of subterfuge.

I have many plumbers over the years try to repair our kitchen sink. It has caused flooding in our kitchen several times since our remodeling. This happened again--we reached out to Linek for the first time. The plumber was very nice and patient ---found multiple problems. I know this created a strain on the companies scheduling--but he took the time to repair all of the problems. I believe they have ended this nightmare for us--as our kitchen finally seems to work properly. The price was fair--the service was prompt--the amount of caring was off the charts wonderful. We are repeat customers. After having our water heater serviced, we decided to have our master bathroom shower replaced. The remodel is beautiful. What’s even more impressive is how this team worked! They committed to a date, communicated very well about arrival times and areas where we needed to make decisions. They were polite and professional, and most importantly they covered everything in our home so there wasn’t a single speck of dust from the construction. We didn’t even need to vacuum or dust after they were finished! I would highly recommend performance plumbing!

I hired Redington based on multiple personal recommendations and the initial interview with one of the owners. The scope of the project included replacement of the collapsed sewer line, stacks, new kitchen and baths, sump pump, and detection and repair of deteriorated gas lines in a mixed use building in the Tower Grove Heights neighborhood.

This was a historic restoration, so sensitivity to the existing structure combined with a strict budget made choosing the right contractors difficult. I could not have been more pleased with my decision to go with Redington. They were responsive and professional in all aspects of the project and even made suggestions on how to avoid maintenance problems in the future. Little on this project was standard so I especially appreciated that each plumber on the job adhered to the architect's plans and did their best to work with the other contractors on site to avoid costly delays in project completion.

We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

Tom was awesome. Our outside sewer pipe was backed up. I called on a Saturday afternoon, Tom was there within two hours, he was completely professional and went above and beyond in detecting the problem, explaining what could have caused it, and recommending solutions. We will absolutely call him again the next time we need services. Highly recommended.
