I called them out for an estimate on a toilet leak coming from the water line connector to the tank. The existing toilet and water line connector was about 1yr old. The plumber stated he could tighten the connection and see if that stopped the leak. The charge for him just to tighten it would be $135. I declined as I didn't feel like that would fix the issue. No other options were given. Since, I didn't get the work done by them, my review is based on the plumbers lack of knowledge and/or being able to provide better feedback on the possible issue as well as the cost for the suggested fix.

My husband and I are handy people, but found ourselves in over our heads. We called and had service the same day. They came back the next day to install a new gas line, replace an older water heater and vent. The professionals were very helpful and courteous. Exceptional service without the heafty price. It was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Culler Plumbing Services to anyone.

Quite simply the best service I have received in my area for plumbing. Price was reasonable, The Technicians, Josh and Luis were personable and professional through and through. The number one thing is they were honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. That speaks volumes of the business itself as well as the character of its employees. Thank you so much. The technicians( kris and Luis) were very knowledgeable about my clogged basement drain . With the equipment they have they showed me I had tree roots in the drain pipe. After clearing the drain they cleaned up all the mess that was in my basement. Would definitely call them again if I have this problem again.

Right from my initial contact on the phone with Aubry, I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism she projected. Josh was quick to arrive and access our problems and offered multiple options to solve them. An estimate arrived at our e-mail the next morning. An appointment was set and right on time, Dennis and Luis showed up. Dennis took the time to guide me through the work they would be doing and they immediately got to it. Cory and his co-worker(didn't get name) showed up a little later and we had two crews of very hard working, polite, and even funny guys getting water back to wonderful working condition. Hit a snag at one point and Josh was back out immediately to work it through. The owner and or manager of this company should be very proud of their entire staff's performance.
