I have many plumbers over the years try to repair our kitchen sink. It has caused flooding in our kitchen several times since our remodeling. This happened again--we reached out to Linek for the first time. The plumber was very nice and patient ---found multiple problems. I know this created a strain on the companies scheduling--but he took the time to repair all of the problems. I believe they have ended this nightmare for us--as our kitchen finally seems to work properly. The price was fair--the service was prompt--the amount of caring was off the charts wonderful. Midwest is quite literally the ONLY reason we were not completely taken advantage of by our insurance company (fyi if you have Traveler’s insurance then CHANGE COMPANIES BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!). Midwest was courteous, consultative, generous, etc. etc. I really mean it. They were super nice. They helped us with things that went way above and beyond what they had to do. Mike helped us fight an insurance battle over a water loss that has been going for 5 months now. It has taken 5 months to get this cleaned up and the reconstruction put back together because Travelers outright denied facts and drug their feet for so long. Thaknfully we documented well and Mike helped us along the way; so, we have been taken care of almost totally so far. Although, we still have some property to go through; but that’s another story. Bottom line, Midwest is THE company to use for any kind of mitigation/restoration job. Mike is professional, honest, hardworking; and his team is too. I simply cannot say enough kind and encouraging things about this company. Every other party we have dealt with in this endeavor has been difficult, problematic, and mediocre, at best; and some have been downright terrible organizations that are no different than criminal in my opinion. However, Midwest Flood Restoration has been an absolute saving grace in what would have otherwise been a horrific loss. Thanks Midwest!! :D

Excellent craftsman, excellent office personnel, excellent communcation as to when they can get to you.

They were able to get out to me the same day and the service guy was extremely friendly. He let me know right away what the problem was and gave me options on how to handle it.

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

We had to have our sewer lateral replaced in a narrow city lot. They did an excellent job, communicated each day with both my wife and I, were incredibly professional, and worked very hard to get it done quickly. I will have them back for future work and highly recommend them.

Dave was great. He was able to quickly assess the issue and fix it without adding extra parts or services that weren't needed. He also answered my novice plumbing questions kindly. Great job!

C & D Potter plumbing took care of my basement renovation in which a full bath and laundry room were added. They did a great job, the project was done on time and within the budget. And Desiree was always very pleasant and helpful whenever I called with a question or request. I highly recommend them!

We called late on a Saturday night (after 10 pm) because we had a badly leaky faucet. Ron responded to our call. He was prompt to make it out despite the late hour. He was professional and did great work. Would definitely recommend this company.
