C & D Potter plumbing took care of my basement renovation in which a full bath and laundry room were added. They did a great job, the project was done on time and within the budget. Called to scheduled an appointment for a broken sink at 7AM. Great, I thought, I can get this in before work. 7AM, no one shows. Called the office at 7:30, says they don't open until 8AM. Okay... maybe I heard the time wrong? Left a message. 8:15AM, still nothing. Called again, receptionist on phone confirmed my appointment for 7AM. She said she would try and figure out what was going on... but I needed to head out to work, I didn't have time to wait for them to figure it all out. (Plus it seems they didn't even get the message I left!)

Very disappointing overall.

I had my broken clay sewer line replaced with PVC in front of my house. C&D Potter responded quickly, completed the job on time and charged a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate using Chris Potter again. He knows what he's doing.
