Explained issue to Steve. Steve had Seth call me and knowing they are booked out, they still managed to squeeze me in the next day. David the Drain Tech arrived early...cabled the drain and sent a camera down it to determine the issue was a build-up of the non-flushable wipes. David cleaned those out and suggested an annual maintenance program which I will happily employ. Couldn't be happier with Linek Plumbing!!!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

The owner and his crew were very professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation/problem was more complicated than originally thought, and they were diligent and had it figured out in no time. I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided. We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

We had a new hot water heater installed. Exactly on Bid and then even helped with a spire rebate. Dave and Nick were quick, neat, and Covid cautious. We appreciate there efficient work and professional advice about some future worked needed with our electric setup.
