Our basement floor drain was backing up. David from Maplewood Plumbing came out, cleared the drain and took video of the cracked pipe, showing that the cracks were under public right of way section of the line. He was very polite, helpful, and quick. I was then contacted by Will, who gave me some information on how to contact the city to replace the broken pipes. Would definitely recommend.

I’m so thankful that I found Performance Plumbing. Stephanie was so helpful and got me an appointment quickly. And Spencer was polite, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. Matt and his crew had to go the extra mile to complete the job. It added many more hours to the job. It began to snow but the job was still unfinished. They stayed with it and got the job done. Worst scenario: Sick kid all night. Doing laundry cleanup. Main sewer line out of the house clogged and backed up into tubs and toilets. Local plumbers booked up.Best scenario: Roto Rooter came out and got er done. If it happens to clog again in 6months theyll come back for free. Super duper thankful! Yay!

They overcharged me over $1500 more then estimate. They held us hostage because we had to close on our house and couldn't dispute the charge.

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

This plumber was assigned by the home warranty. protection plan company , I was with.The Tech arrived on time. But did not relive the problem because the warranty company did nit follow up after the plumber described what was need to resolve the situation.Bottom line never pay into an home owner warranty protection plan.It is like giving money away.You still end up paying to replace what ever needs to be fixed.

The initial service was good. Came out the very next day and completed all the work to get my house up to code. About 2-3 weeks later had an issue with a pipe that the plumber fixed and called to have them come back out and fix and was told when and what time they would be there. Well they never showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming! I called them again and they apologized and told me they would send someone out the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call! What good is a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it or follow through on work they performed. Very disappointed and will report to the BBB.
