Best Install New Fixtures in Saint Louis MO

Walking into Henry Kitchen and Bath was a big mistake. My wife and I went to them for what should have been a small project: bathroom sink, vanity, and cabinetry. They told us it would probably take a few months to get everything ordered, scheduled, and completed. Almost a year later and the project is still not completed.

It was a comedy of errors from the start. First, they forgot to order the sink/counter. Then they ordered, delivered, and installed the wrong sink/counter. Then they forgot to order the handles/knobs for the cabinetry. Then they ordered the wrong handles and knobs. Promises were always made and most of the time they were broken. Excuses and delays. Excuses and delays. Making matters worse, communication was abysmal.

But here is what my wife and I found most unforgiveable: at no time in this entire ordeal were we ever provided an apology; no recognition of how outrageous it was that a project that was originally expected to be completed in May 2022 was still unfinished in January 2023; no acknowledgement that the inconvenience that we were going through wasn’t normal. Is this business as usual for them? Maybe.

Henry Kitchen and Bath made it crystal clear that they didn’t care and that they weren’t willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. They were very adamant about us paying upfront. But not so adamant about doing the job correctly or in a reasonable amount of time.

Run – don’t walk – away from Henry Kitchen and Bath. It was a horrendous experience.

Their timing, professionalism, and quality are the best I have seen working with a plumbing company. All-around excellent customer service!

Explained issue to Steve. Steve had Seth call me and knowing they are booked out, they still managed to squeeze me in the next day. David the Drain Tech arrived early...cabled the drain and sent a camera down it to determine the issue was a build-up of the non-flushable wipes. David cleaned those out and suggested an annual maintenance program which I will happily employ. Couldn't be happier with Linek Plumbing!!!

We had both upstairs bathrooms totally remodeled. Rick and Andy did a fantastic job and we would recommend them to any of our friends

Anytime Plumbing responded same day to fix our shower by replacing the valve and shower cartridge. Ian cleaned the debris out of all our lines. This company’s pricing is reasonable, they are very responsive to a customer’s needs, they effectively explain issues and are very pleasant.

What a great experience with Python Plumbing! Matt and his guys did an amazing job taking care of some issues I was having. Once they would be fixing one thing something else would pop up that they also would repair for me. They ended up redoing the plumbing my entire house and also replacing the water heater. They were professional, and did great work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Python Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

Norman was great to work with. He has now done two jobs for our family. He contacted us back quickly, he finished the job as agreed upon and with quality. We will be using him again!

We called them because of a water leak in our kitchen, and they were at our house in less than 2 hours. To be honest we had never called a plumber, but their pricing seemed fair and they took care of the issue quickly.

Called on a Saturday morning they told they would see if they could get someone to come look a the problem called back a couple hours later said they couldn’t make it there till Monday
