Mike R. did an excellent job with our drain cleaning. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing and why, as well as showing due care in making sure to actually perform the work (unlike a competitor used recently, as it was clear from what was pulled from the drain that the competitor did not actually clean our drains appropriately). Very pleased with the experience - Mike was a really great guy to work with!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

Blockage of a kitchen sink.Came out same day we called. Had to be cabled from roof. One Tech breaking in a new tech. Both friendly and professional. Handled the clog quickly with good results. Up front with charges, no surprises. Happy with service.

Tony was amazing!! I had a pipe freeze and crack under my mobile home. And after calling multiple places i called Merlo to see if they worked on mobile homes and if they had any emergency openings. Right away they got me on the schedule (same day). Within a couple hours Tony called to let me know he would be at my home. I was initially told around 6pm but Tony wanted to give me a heads up he had a few commerical jobs a head of me. He didn't get to me until after 9pm. But he able to repair the leak fast and explained everything he was doing and how to keep it from happening. There was heat tape, however with how low the temp got along with wind chill he had some recommendations for extra coverage that i would have never thought of. I will definitely use them again when needed and will have them as my top plumbing recommendation.

Service Technician went out of his way to help elderly neighbors find source of sewer odor. The problem ended up being unused bathroom dry drains. Very knowledgeable and efficient.
