Really very overpriced, I can buy better quality at Home Depot or even Lowe's for half of Henry's prices or less! Never again.

I was very pleased with the quality of the repair on my shower and with the customer service. Tim was flexible enough to take care of another small problem I hadn't mentioned when making the appointment, and he even made an extra improvement I hadn't thought to request. I was referred to Maplewood Plumbing by a friend--now I'll be referring others to them.

Company is highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment to come get service repaired from the initial installation that they did and they never showed up or called to cancel. I will never in life recommend this company to anyone. I’m at a disbelief.

Had an issue with kitchen sink leaking. Pipe connection was lead so had to have cabinet pulled dry wall cut and pipe replaced to cast iron stack. Work was done very neatly and in very orderly. Happy with work but as always plumbing pricing can shock a little but had to be do. All work passes code and is officially stickers by inspector.

Within 30 minutes of calling Roto-Rooter, a technician was at our house. The storm the night before caused sewer backup. Our technician was polite, knowledgeable and finished very quickly both inside and out. We would definitely use them again.

Great service, very knowledgeable technicians. They went out of their way to get emergency help to us and could not have been nicer or more responsive. Highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Have been using about 6 years to clear tree roots from mainline. Are prompt, effective, reasonably priced!

Very disappointed. Called for an emergency on a Tuesday evening. Spoke to someone who took my info. They tried to get a hold of a technician right away, but were unable. They would get them a message and someone would be in contact shortly.

After waiting 30 minutes (keep in mind this is during a plumbing emergency!) no one called. I tried to call back, and the person I spoke to (different from the first) had no idea what I was talking about and said all they could do was try and reach out again.

I said no thank you.

If you are going to promote yourself as a 24/7 emergency service you should, at the very least, return a phone call to say sorry we can't take the job right now.

Fortunately, a neighbor was able to recommend someone who promptly answered their phone, and was able to let me know within 5 minutes if a technician was available. Which is how it should be done.

The tech/ repairman that came to our home had an attitude. We had a coupon and the tech made sure he stayed extra long to make his full pay. I really like this company but; this tech put a bad taste in my mouth.

Kirkwood Plumbing was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. We have used them on a few occasions and every time they fix the problem the first time.

We worked with Lorenzo. He was efficient and informative, and gave me a play by play of everything before he did it. This is our go-to plumbing company. They are probably not the cheapest option, but they do very quality work. They are easy to book and we have always gotten great service so we will continue to use them.
