Our sump pump stopped working on a Saturday morning at 4 AM in the middle of a downpour. We are so grateful to Steve, who answered his phone at 6 AM and was here installing a new sump pump within 2 hours! Great service, very friendly and he kept us informed through the whole process. We really appreciate how fast their response was, ESPECIALLY on a holiday weekend, and will be calling them for all of our future needs!

My issue was an old sump pump that I had lost confidence in. I issued a service request on line. I received a confirmation response immediately for the service call placed with promise of afternoon service. I was instructed I would be called approximately 30 minutes before the tech was to arrive. I received a call that the tech was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes. My tech Carl arrived on time, diagnosed the problem which called for pump replacement, retrieved replacement pump off his truck, performed exchange, tested, cleaned area, received my payment, issued receipt, left premises. Time elapsed from service request to service performed, approximately 4 hours. Completely satisfied customer.

Kevin was very polite and helpful in solving our plumbing leak. He offered great insights on my questions and fixed and tested the issue we had with our overflow drain. Would recommend!

I was pleasantly surprise the quote i received from Tony LaMartina. They did a superb job. Replace section on galvanized pipe above original main shut off valve replacing with copper and adding a ball valve.Repair Moen tub and shower valve Cable bathroom sink drain. Technician Mike Muhlhauser did an outstanding job.
