We recently had an excellent experience with Henry Plumbing while selecting a vanity and sink for a powder room renovation. Their pricing met the online competition, but doing business locally made all the difference. We ordered a marble top bathroom vanity sink and it was shipped in from out of state. I picked it up and brought it home only to find that it had been damage in shipment. Gail S. (who set up the order for me) was excellent about facilitating the exchange. She went above and beyond by going to bat against the company (who claimed that we could have damaged the sink ourselves) and getting us a replacement shipped to us in an expedited fashion at no extra cost. Another great example of how shopping locally with a company that cares about its customers and reputation is totally worth it!

Is apparently a fake business. They are using my personal residence as their office building. I demand they change their address to where they are! In Google maps they have my private home as their business. I have tried to change this on Google maps. They have denied me since I am not owner of the business. Do not do business with a place that cannot put their address business in their profile.

Amazing customer service by this company. The technician, Ty was professional and timely and was able to assess the issues quickly. The repairs were done in a timely manner with minimal damage to my wallet. Ty was even helpful in providing a contact for someone to do some carpentry for us. Called on a Saturday morning they told they would see if they could get someone to come look a the problem called back a couple hours later said they couldn’t make it there till Monday

Scot Jones came to my residence for a stinky situation.Sewage smell in the basement. Scot was very thorough and identified two possible issues. One was the floor drain and the second was the toilet stack.Scot was able to use a camera and eliminate the floor drain as being the issue which saved our household about $5000-$7000.I never saw a plumbing specialist with a bigger smile as he tore up the hefty quote.I hope to never have a stinky problem again, but if I do, Scot from Roto-Rooter will be on my speed dial.
