Called Python on a pipe burst issue in a multistory building on a cold and icy day. Matt and his crew responded quickly minimizing water damage. Returned the next day and repaired the pipe and had the facility fully operational before the tenants arrived. They are professional, informative, and quick. Even inspected other plumbing to insure nothing else was leaking.

Made an appointment, but they didn't come and didn't call to cancel or reschedule.

My husband and I are handy people, but found ourselves in over our heads. We called and had service the same day. They came back the next day to install a new gas line, replace an older water heater and vent. The professionals were very helpful and courteous. Exceptional service without the heafty price. It was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Culler Plumbing Services to anyone.

The man was nice and timely. However, the price was extreamly EXTREAMLY high. Yes, we agreed to the price but we were in the bad position. Also, I found out this evening, we still have the same running water problem in the toilett tank. I thougth about calling them and complained their job was not done correctly but I was afriaid that they will charge even more to fix their unfinisehd job.
I noticed that my toilett water was still runing itself occasionaly . It ahs been only 10 days since they thought they fixed.

Norman and his team have completed a number of improvement projects on our home, everything from crack repairs to the installation of a new oven. They can assist on a huge range of projects. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

We've used Lemay plumbing a couple of times over the last few years, most recently for a water heater replacement. Every time we've used them, they've been extremely professional and kind and have been willing to work with us to handle our issues. With this recent issue, they even spent hours on the phone working with our home warranty people in order to get the work covered. I can't say I won't ever use a different plumbing company, but Lemay will always be the first people I call and will always recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

Our problem started at close to midnight on Saturday night, January 1st. I was so grateful that RotoRooter was able to send someone the next morning. Brandon was professional and sensitive to our unusual circumstances. He figured out what was wrong, solved the problem, explained it to me, and gave me tips to prevent it from happening again. Work done was good but they will NOT bill the insurance company for any work done. You must pay up front. The tech was excellent and the work was finished quickly.

I needed a plumber to come to my animal hospital on an emergency basis but couldn't find anyone available. Despite being busy, Redington sent a plumber by right way to look at the situation. (I guess they could hear my anxiety, lol). The problem turned out NOT to be as big of an emergency as I thought. While they couldn't repair the problem that moment understandably, they did come back later the same day to follow up. Both of the men I interacted with were very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent and quality service. Ty did a great job. He was thorough, explained in detail what was necessary, and was responsive and quick. Good enough we asked to address a couple of items we had been wanting to do. Keeping in my contacts and definitely would use their services again.

Without a doubt, Bill (William Coco's) main objective is to extract the most money from you as possible. My wife and I requested a quote from Cocos plumbing to do some work on our 1900 sqft basement that we are finishing out.

First, it is nearly impossible to get on their schedle without playing phone tag. They tell you that they cannot book appointments on behalf of the sales team and have to relay to a sales person to find a time that is convinent to them.

Secondly, they will show up late to your appointment. If they can't even show up on time for the estimate, you can figure out the rest.

Lastly, if you have any hopes of cutting costs by providing the fixtures that you, the homeowner, wants; you better forget it. They insist on selling you the entire package, from breaking the slab to installing fixtures and will not budge. After requesting that I provide the fixtures or they do so at cost, Bill became argumentative and we agreed that their way of operating was not a fit for our project.

If you have the desire to have the fixtures that you want, without massive markup, don't call these folks. If you have a hefty bank account and a thirst for unprofessionalism, please call Bill at Cocos Plumbing and give him a blank check.

I called for a backed up sewer. Danny arrived within the hour and promptly got things working again. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. In addition to getting the line cleared quickly, he was able to tell me about potential solutions (this is not the first time we have had this problem). We have used Roto-Rooter everytime and have always had a positive experience.
