Recap: I recommend going into the Henry showroom to look at things in person but never to purchase from here.

I work as a designer/GC coordinator and had a client who had purchased all of her plumbing fixtures for a large bathroom at Henry, which the plumber had recommended. A couple weeks after obtaining the fixtures, she decided to go with a different color scheme. We went through her receipts to find the return policy and there was nothing that was clear in the paperwork, so I had her call Henry. When she asked if there would be any issue returning the items, the sales associate said a cheerful, No! Not at all. (I know this because I was present when the call was made on speaker phone). This was not the case. She was able to return the items that Henry had in stock for a full refund but anything that they had ordered through the supplier was subject to a 60 percent restocking fee, which applied to over $2000 worth of items. It would be one thing if the employee had told her that over the phone, and though it still would have been outrageous in my opinion, at least we would have known before purchasing the new fixtures. My client spoke to various Henry employees over the next week explaining the miscommunication but Henry never made it right. I have spoken with the plumber that we used and told him that any future job he does with us would not use Henry and suggested he not use them for other jobs as well.

Overall, I recommend going to Henry to see fixtures in person but never to buy from them. The same exact items are available at Amazon and Wayfair and their customer service is exponentially better, with no restocking fees and often free return shipping. Also, Kohler, Moen, Delta, etc will still honor any lifetime warranties if you purchase from Amazon or Wayfair. There's really no reason to purchase from Henry. I hope this saves someone else from losing a lot of money like my client did!

Rick (owner) and Spencer reconfigured our bathroom to make it functional. My wife and I have been putting this off since we bought the house because we thought the cost was going to be prohibitive. This summer we decided to get some quotes.

Performance Plumbing went out of their way to earn our business. My wife called and left a message about a bid and before the end of that day we had received a call back and had an appointment early the next morning. Rick came to do the bid and was knowledgeable and upfront with everything that would need to be done for the reconfiguration to work. He left and said we'd have a quote in a couple days.

Two days later we received a quote and they had reached a balance of respecting our finaces while valuing their expertise.

They were the least expensive bid, but even if they were close we would have gone with them based on the response time and follow through.
We were given two days that the work might be done, one the following week and the other a week after that. They were able to get to us the following week, cutting our rennovation time an entire week. Anyone who has had a rennovation like this knows a week feels like an eternity so we were beyond excited to get that time back.

Rick and Spencer finished an impressive amount of work in just one day.
They were able to move the plumbing for our toilet across the room, capped our old toilet plumbing, and added the plumbing for an additional sink in the bathroom off our bedroom.

I've written a review on my subdivision Facebook Page, a post on my personal page, writing a review on Google and will tell literally anyone with ears about this reputable and fair priced company that will work to earn your business and follow that up with wowing you with their quality of work.

If you've stumbled across this review and wonder if you should keep looking, do what you want but you're wasting your time because you'll end up with Performance Plumbing.

Steve is a throwback to what great customer service once was in this country. I had on the surface what should of been a easy install of a hot water heater. Well after 3 water heaters and several hours of work spanning 2 days and with the help of Eric the electrician, Mario his brother in law and Drew his plumber friend Steve installed the water heater. it was a odd set up of the breakers that caused all the confusion .But Steve never gave up or just said that's it I'm done..He pressed on and did whatever he had to do to get the job done.I would hire Steve anytime to do my plumbing work as I know he will get the job done and done right. Fair and honest to a fault. Also, more than fair price in this time of people being ripped off, Steve is a true professional Thank you Steve!

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

I called Corey to give me an estimate on three different scopes of work that were recommended in my building inspection. He provided very sound advice that saved me thousands of dollars. CJ Plumbing was not able to help out with the shower renovation in my old home (he explained that this work was primarily done by a carpenter and not a plumber since I wasn't revising the piping), installing a PRV, or sewer cabling, but he provided contact information for other contractors that do this work. If I ever have a large plumbing renovation job or buy a house that needs to be entirely gutted and provided with new plumbing, CJ Plumbing would be who I would call as their price for installing a backflow valve was very reasonable and he does not push work your way if it does not make sense for the application - I was very impressed by this.

A colleague and myself were having a coffee discussing potential plumbers; when a young lady came to our table and spoke to us about USA Plumbing Plus. Norman and his team have completed a number of improvement projects on our home, everything from crack repairs to the installation of a new oven. They can assist on a huge range of projects. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Very helpful and great customer service. They were able to get someone out in a timely manner.

Scheduled on Wednesday, scheduler told me Saturday between 8 am and 12 pm. I asked specifically if the job can be done same day and the scheduler said yes if I agree to the estimate. Technician arrived an hour and a half late. After waiting all morning, the only thing that would have made it worth it is if the job was done. Technician informed me they cannot do the job same day and it would be a big wait. Keep in mind, these toilets are taking up half the house and we didn't get any other estimates for to roto rooter telling me they could get the job done. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.

Mike Honey and Crew completed a huge project for us. They did an amazing job replacing our old cast iron plumbing with all new. Mike was honest, responsive and he and his team kept a messy job worksite clean & organized, and allowed workable plumbing at the end of each day during the process. What could have been a huge inconvenience, was a smooth process and no interruption in our routine. We are very pleased and highly recommend Honey Do Plumbing to do any size plumbing project you may have! Thank you Mike and Team!
