I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

When I have plumbing problem I call VanGo rooter. Angelo the owner is very helpful. Duane the manager makes sure the technicians is on time. And calls me when they’re coming. Paul and Tom their technicians are very polite and professional. All the work VanGo did for me is clean and no mess left behind. Great service and reliable. Service appointment was quick. A plumber came out and fixed the problem but then later after he left there was a very minor problem. I called Ken, the owner, and he came out and fixed it himself. I gave them 5 stars because the job got done in a timely manner. This company is reasonable and does not overcharge.

My experience with Legacy was great from start to finish. They quoted me a very competitive price and responded quickly when I needed them. They were flexible and worked with my budget and schedule. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues ever again, but if I ever do, I will be calling them again.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions recently finished re-piping our entire house, both sewer and water. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with.

Omar was super fast, efficient, knowledgeable about his craft, and assured me the revenge of my rental’s bathtub/toilet situation was merely caused my teens flushing hygiene products down, YIKES! Had a leaking water heater on May 1. Called Water heater only. I got excellent information and setup an appointment between 8am and 12pm the next day. Service Technician John called and informed me he would be at my in about an hour. He arrived within that time. John quickly accessed the the problem and gave me an estimate. I was very satisfied with it. He went to work in a professional and knowledgeable way. 4 hours later mission accomplished. Thanks to John's experience and dedication the job was done right. I own him a beer.
