Kyle was my technician, really liked him. He came in, took a assessment of the issues I had, provided options and cost to fix. Once I decided, he fixed the issue, called me in to check and make sure it worked, and then he was off. My job took about 45 or so minutes, he was very cordial and professional. Tanner even followed up with me today to make sure everything was working well. Really liked Kyle and will use him for future jobs, dependable and shows up. I thought it was a fair price for the service. Also, yiu get what you pay for….I don’t mind paying for good service, no hidden charges, and a well done job….and most importantly, showing up to do the job! I like dependable. We have been using Beutler for the past fourteen years and have always been satisfied with their service. When our air conditioner wouldn't start, Ernesto responded and found the problem - a rat - which shorted out the entire unit. That problem was fixed with a new motherboard but he found that the unit was leaking and spent extra time finding and fixing the leak. I highly recommend using Ernesto as your serviceman. He is a very hard worker and will stay until your problems are solved.

Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price!
