Ken came out at 9 pm on a Saturday night when a fitting came unglued and was spewing water all over my yard. I had to shut the water off to the whole house while I tried to find someone to come out, but was told by another 24/7 plumbing service that they wouldn't fix something related to my irrigation system. Everyone else was closed until Monday or not answering calls. Ken came out immediately and had it fixed within about 20 minutes, turning a tear-inducing situation for me into something much less stressful. I highly suggest giving these guys a call for your plumbing needs.

Brandon Flores was amazing and explained all the work, showed me where the problems were and why it needed to be done. He also gave me options that fit my price range. This is after going with various other companies and I was given wrong information by one in particular. I might add the other companies did not explain the problem to me and I was charged an exuberant price for just a drain inspection 3x of what I was charged by 5-star plumbing and nothing was fixed. This made me apprehensive on even getting an estimate done, since I was worried about the price I was previously quoted. But all in all I could not be happier with the work done, after not having a working bathroom for over a month. The estimate I was given for the work was exactly what I was charged. They fixed and replaced the drains and in the tub, sink and toilet that were all leaking and put on badly by the previous owner of the home. He was very kind and patient and even fixed the kitchen sink which only put out hot water for the last year. Any work that I need done in regards to plumbing I will definitely be going back to 5-star! Thank you guys so much!

We were very pleased with the end result.

Val is punctual, easy to work with, experience, knowledgeable, honest and very diligent. He explained what he will
be doing, which is exactly all the things stated by Rinnai the manufacturer and he showed me
a few tips that was not even listed any place else.
He uses food grade White Vinegar as Recommended by Rinnai, most other Rinnai certified PRO uses Descaler which is chemical solution.
We definitely will be calling him back not only for future yearly maintenance but other Plumbing related matters.

My gas water heater had a sudden leak from the bottom, so I had to replace it. Turns out it was 16 years old. I called around and was getting quoted anywhere from 2.6k to more than 7k. I stumbled across Water Heater Pros on Google by chance and decided to give them a call because of the great reviews. One of the owners, Stephen, came out and did an assessment the same day at no cost, and gave me options (stick with gas or switch to electric and take advantage of a $2500 rebate from SMUD). Not only did Water Heater Pros quote me the lowest price, they were also the only company that offered me the choice to switch to a more efficient electric heat pump water heater model, on top of informing me about the SMUD rebate for heat pump water heaters. They only do water heaters, so it makes sense they're well informed. Two days later, I have a shiny new water heater and I didn't lose a day of hot water! Andrew is the tech who did the job, and he was amazing! He performed the work well in half a day, and explained everything to me well. I'm really glad I called Water Heater Pros, and you should too! Excellent customer service. Russell was fast, efficient and easy to work with. Armstrong was able to squeeze me in with only a couple hours notice. Have used Armstrong several times for my house that I rent and the duplex that I own and every time, they have been friendly, courteous and efficient. Another company came out and said the computer in my tankless was just about fried and was no longer manufactured. They suggested replacing the entire unit to the tune of almost $4000. Mitch from the Right Guys Plumbing fixed the unit for $320. He explained everything, great service, and a real professional. Call him first.

I called someone else who is actually knowledgeable to fix it this time.
