Best Water Softener in Sacramento CA

I moved to Sacramento 6 months ago after purchasing my property.
I needed a plumber so I called several, and Alvin called back right away while other plumbers failed to return my calls in a timely manner. Alvin is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fair priced. He really knows his craft and it shows. He never tries to up-sell and, educates you on how to save money by maybe doing some things yourself. He has done several jobs for me since the first one, and I'm always impressed with his skill and knowledge. If you are looking for an honest and fair plumber, Serieux Plumbing is who you should call. I bought a house in 2019 and I requested for the pipes to be checked and cleaned. Very professional and on time.

Ken came out to install 2 bidets and hook up the water to them.

The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. My water main leaked during Christmas 2018 they had someone out in matter of hours. Work was completed professionally and on schedule. I was so happy with the work that I had them do other projects around the house. Going forward these are my guys when it comes to plumbing needs.

Val has helped us on a number of projects and has been absolutely wonderful each time. From installing new toilets, fixing kitchen sink issues, to helping us with our exterior drain, Val has been there every step of the way. The owner Danny came out yesterday morning, it was a yucky situation first thing in the morning, he almost thought he might have to go get the serious machinery, it was a weird angle on pipe, but he figured it out without having to get the serious machinery. Everyone we dealt with was nice and responsive. The workers showed up on time, were efficient, and cleaned up before leaving. They also finished prior to their estimated time. We would recommend them!

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

Jeff and Mike showed up right on time , unlike other plumbers, to provide a free estimate for my hot water heater that wasn't working. They noticed the fuze wa burnt out right away and told me how to fix it extremely helpful and nice guys- I will definitely call them back of my next issue!.

Edmund was prompt, professional, on time, and great value. I needed the water in my fridge hooked up. He had to go into the quite literal crawl space under the house and basically build it off the main. Really great work. While he was here I also had him install a new shower head. Really great company.

What a great experience I had a few weeks ago, with Laird. He came to my rental to fix a leaky kitchen sink. Within minutes he had the source of the problem figured out, and fixed it! He didn't try and tell me I needed other, unnecessary services and repairs done with the sink, like other companies have done in the past. Mitch is the best plumber I have ever used. He is VERY knowledgeable of water heaters, and very likely other plumbing areas, and he was responsive and quick to diagnose, fix, and inspect the heater overall. He inspected the overall safely of the unit and fixed some issues with it that I thought were permanent/ side effects of a normal heater. He was very honest and has good morals on how he operates his business to give the best experience and service possible. My heater is now running smoother and quieter than before. Thank you Mitch for the gift of hot water again!

Chris arrived early, which was geat. He was thorough and diligent in his service and very good in explaining everything to me. A most pleasant experience. We hope to have him service our Hvac units again on the future.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.
