Best Water Heaters Tankless Water Heaters in Sacramento CA

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

If you were having issues with your water heater or plumbing, these are the fellows to call. David was nice professional on time. My water heater died on a Sunday and they were there Monday morning with bells on with a brand new water heater. The price was reasonable it was the lowest of any of the other Quotes I received I would’ve had to wait two or three days to have my old water heater heater replaced with a new one imagine no hot water for two or three days I cannot say enough about this company. Call them first I’d give them 10 stars if I could thanks River city water heater, and plumbing. :)

I called VanGo to have a part replaced in my commercial water heart. The technician showed up and started cutting/ taking things apart. The workmanship was rough on the water heater, and he was having a hard time removing a small crew even. 20 minute into the work he said it cannot be done and I will need a new water heater then left. My water heater was left more broken than it was before. His manager called later and said he would stop by to take a look. But never showed up or returned my calls.

There guys are the best! Highly competent, great customer service - they worked around my schedule when serious pipes backed up and all my sinks clogged and the bathtub drain and overflow had to be changed I could not wait and they came quickly. The job is done competently. Pricing is fair and honest.

I am very impressed with the service. Their customer service is excellent. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and professional, and prices are fair. I trust them. I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. This company did not hesitate to send a repair person for an estimate and the next day with proper parts he cane back and the bath/shower was repaired and my water back on.
I would use them again and pray you have the same experience.

So glad I did some research and landed on Fig’s Plumbing for my clogged sewer main (yuck!). Super reasonably priced and they were able to come out to me on the same day. All in all a great experience to fix a not so great situation

Jacob has made two trips to my house for this repair. The first time, he properly diagnosed the issue with my AC system and was extremely helpful with documentation for my home warranty (whose contractors had misdiagnosed the problem). On his second trip, he replaced my faulty thermostat and again was extra helpful making sure I got the invoice that I needed (he waited for his email to reach my pc).Jacob was amazing.

We lucked out and not only found Water Heaters Only, but they were able to come out the same day! Brandon arrived on time, and was very professional. The whole process took about 2 hours and we are back up and running. So thankful to Water Heaters Only and Brandon for making the process smooth and easy.

We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Not only did they do an amazing job but were competitive with others we received quotes from.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office. I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

Water Heater Pros did an excellent job of explaining different options for replacing my old water heater that was leaking. Valentin did the installation. He was on time, communicated with me at a high level, and installation quality is excellent. I definitely recommend Water Heater Pros.

( Nov 7th 2019 ) I called Jeff's late in the day and the office was already closed but the lady (Sarita...hope i spelled it right) called me from the road and heard the panic in my voice and ensured me that someone would be by no matter how late in the evening it was just to let me know what was going on as it was one of my rental properties and I live out of state. From the initial call to the office to end of the repair these guys ( and ladies ) were beyond magnificent and I will definitely be using them for ALL of my rental properties throughout Sacramento, Woodland and Folsom. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues.
