Steve and David are incredible. We called on a Saturday afternoon for an unknown leak in the garage and they had found the leak and repaired it by the end of the day. It was in the subfloor of my home, a very unlikely spot to ever look for this type of leak and they chased the leak all the way to the second floor and it has been dry ever since. A very hard find but they knew exactly how to maneuver the space of my home and garage to pinpoint the exact location! We are still so impressed and thankful!

In addition to the pipe leak, Steve repaired the drywall that needed to be replaced, as well as helped repair another spot from a former opening. He also was able to help mitigate some mold areas for us cause by the broken pipe.

David fixed our garbage disposal and found a tiny piece of plastic that has
been caught between the sides of the disposal for a while!

We are so incredibly impressed and grateful for their time, honesty, quality of work, and talent! We are customers for life!!!

VanGo was able to squeeze us in the same day. Adam arrived early, was courteous and let me know what was going on has he unclogged the sink. Would use again!

Val and his crew at golden valley plumbing were great to work with. When I look for a contractor 4 things are important to me:
• good value/price (and sticks to quoted price)
• knowledgeable and skilled
• honest
• timely

Golden Valley plumbing accomplished all of these and more when they installed a natural gas hook up. When it took longer than expected they stuck to original price and finished with a clean and professional job. I would suggest them to my family, and hope to use them for a bathroom remodel soon!

No other way to describe this experience than 'perfect'. Responsive, polite, on-time, and a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I'm new to the area so my granular contractor reached out to his plumber and they recommendef Rapid First and it was a great recommendation. Company was responsive, with ransparent pricing and they are paperless which was cool. Travis, our plumber, was patient, informative, and honest about our repair needs. Appreciate all his help and highly recommend. I will be asking for Travis when I need additional plumbing services.

Had breaker box issues. Technician Christian Freitas was very professional and did an awesome job finding all the problems. He explained each step and made recommendations. No pressure. He found issues that could have started a fire. He showed me the parts that were burnt. If you have any plumbing, electrical or heating problems Bonny plumbing and Christian are tops!

Our W/H went offline Friday morning. Confronted with a weekend and not knowing when we would have hot water, we took to some searches to see if we could find help. WHO immediately took the call, said they could get it done over the weekend (we had a standard tank) and quoted over the phone. The tech Matt H was on time and did a great job to make sure we got the right tank for the house and got it all done in three hours (including one trip to the warehouse). While I hope we get a long life from this one, if ever we need another, WHO will be the first phone call!

We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Not only did they do an amazing job but were competitive with others we received quotes from.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office. I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

I would recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone. After getting confused and spending a lot of time on the Lowe's and Home Depot websites I called them and spoke to Sid. He explained my choices of good, better, best with all the warranties and total cost. They came the next day on time. Pretty simple!

Incompetent driver, I assume they're a bad plumber.
