Received a call from Alberto to tell me he would be arriving in 30 - 40 minutes. Once arrived he was very professional to tell me how he was going to install the tankless water heater and the approximate time he will take. Also told me that there will be another person to help install the gas line. Both people were courteous and didn't mind if if asked question... Very happy with the job they did.

I had a leak coming from my pedestal sink in my half bath. Absolute arrived early, the plumber was very friendly and professional. He quickly identified the source of the leak was my son's faucet extender causing a back flow of water that was then leaking from under the faucet. I will definitely contact them again in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank you!

In this area, it can be hard to find people who will do this type of work for a reasonable price because the consensus is that everyone here has a higher income and can afford it.

It is nice to find someone who will do great work and not take advantage of people. They did fantastic work on short notice and charged a fair price. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Don't waste your time or money. This company is absolutely horrible and very unprofessional. First they gave me a scheduled block from 12pm to 3pm, okay no problem. Didn't show up to my house until 5:10. Also, didnt have the decency to call and inform me that they would be late. Second problem, the tech seemed like he had no clue what he was doing and I was right because my cold water is now hot and my hot water is now cold. Third problem, I call the company to rectify the situation and they gave me the run around about fixing a problem that I didn't have before they showed up at my home 2 hours late. Now I will have to hire another company to fix the initial problem and the problem they created as well dealing with getting my money back from them. Please don't waste your time with this POS company.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
