We are very pleased with the service and experience working with this company. We received assistance late at night within a reasonable timeframe after we reached out. Plumbing issues continued to present themselves like a snowball, but Mike C. continued to push forward and help us out in a steady way. Him and his manager were very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and never pushy. We had peace of mind throughout the process and would trust working with them again.

Great service and reliable. Service appointment was quick. A plumber came out and fixed the problem but then later after he left there was a very minor problem. I called Ken, the owner, and he came out and fixed it himself. I gave them 5 stars because the job got done in a timely manner. This company is reasonable and does not overcharge.

Kyle was wonderful! My toilet exploded at night and he came and rescued me from the flood of feces 😫😫 they definitely have a client for life but hopefully I never need them again 😏 but if I do it will be them. Especially Kyle

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions recently finished re-piping our entire house, both sewer and water. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with.

I recommend them without hesitation!

Dave could not have been nicer! He began the job with a smile on his face and ended the job with a smile on his face. I am a doityourself kinda gal and Dave allowed me to be right in there watching every step of his work. He was quick and professional. Keeping the work site clean was very important to him as well. I would hire him again in a heart beat!

He had to use the snake through our sump and open the clogged sewer line. He was professional and a pleasure.

I had a sewer line break and called and talked to Ami. They got me on the schedule with Eric for the repair. They were very professional and I would recommend them to family friends and neighbors.

Called them to install a distribution box on our septic system and replace one pipe in our leach field. Had everything done in a week, best price around, very friendly guys and job well done. They cleaned up the area after they were done. Couldn't be more happy with their work!! I'm extremely relieved as I don't have to worry about my septic system anymore.

Very unprofessional, very rude, they WILL cuss you out and do whatever they want, because everyone in this company is a manager... Pam, and this other lady there - Heaven forbid you have to deal with them!

Stay away! Do not use this company for your own sake!

UPDATE: They didn’t even submit the correct back-flow device. Fair oaks water district came to shut off my water and I caught them in the moment and showed them my receipt, otherwise they would have shut my water off. Also, they didn’t even tag the device, which is $7 according to the guy at Fair Oaks water district.
