Thanks to Domco for completing a major upgrade to our home's plumbing. They were thorough, meticulous, and finished in a timely fashion. The crew, Robert, Anthony, Jose, and Tony, were skillful, pleasant, and kept us apprised of all issues during the job. We will certainly use Domco for any future plumbing work.

Joe was on time and very professional. He fixed the leak and also made me aware of how the leak happened. He left me with an estimate to make additional repairs that are not critical now but should be taken care of in the future to avoid a repeat. This is the third time I’ve called Armstrong Plumbing and I’m always very happy with their work and their professionalism.

Heater tune up went well, but we have an old system. Asked for a quote in a new system. I had to call to see if the guy was actually showing up. Still waiting on the actual quote I was told to expect the next day a week ago.

Absolutely the best place for plumbing repairs. The customer service, work ethic, and response times are unparalleled. Not to mention the real down to earth pricing. They told me what it was going to cost without a service fee, fixed the leak and there was nothing extra to pay for. This quality of service is rare these days. I would recommend this company hands down.

A bit disappointed with our first interaction with them. We called them expressing interest in trying out their service for our rentals but the first interaction on the phone was quite uncomfortable. They were not comfortable with that fact that as a business our lines are recorded for quality assurance and this isn't the greatest sign. What a bummer as I liked what their website had to say and we manage a large volume of properties that could have been a ton of business for them.

Avoid these guys at all cost! Very unprofessional and the worst customer service! I have a garbage disposal that doesn't work. The technician came out and took 30 seconds to determine the garbage disposal needs replacing. Then he says he does not have a garbage disposal in his truck so the part has to be ordered. Why would you go to a service call with a garbage disposal problem without the part to fix it. So, my whole day was wasted waiting on them and now have to waste another day for them to come out one week later to change my garbage disposal. I have home warranty paid for, so I'm stuck with them.
