Rooter Hero and technician Jeremy Martinez were a perfect 10. American Legion Post #421 in Highland California was experiencing an issue with clogged sewer lines to our septic tanks. The dispatcher was on point with an ETA of Jeremy's arrival. When Jeremy arrived, he was professional and prepared to preform the required service. He did a great job clearing our sewer line quickly with no need for cleanup...extremely impressive. But the part that surprised us was the cost, we expected it to be several hundred dollars...it was significantly less. Thank you Rooter Hero and Jeremy Martinez!!!

I love this company. I have an older home, so when there’s a plumbing leak or something of that nature, I immediately catastrophize. I called and received a next day appointment. They always call ahead before arrival and text/email notifying of who the technician is and includes a picture. I appreciate this from a security standpoint. The job was finished with an adequate time. However, the issue actually wasn’t fixed which the technician had prepared me for that possibility. He came back the next day, again, with a priority appointment to fix the issue for the last time. It was included in the prior payment as it was still addressing the original issue. This company is a joke. Do NOT hire them if you need something done promptly. I had to call the guy to remind him about my appointment, and he had totally forgotten and said he'd called me back. He never did.

Armstrong help the strategize keeping the price down for a major repair on my bidet and my shower. And they displayed commendable sensitivity about my health situation and doing the work. I have severely compromised immune system, leukemia. They help me maintain the maximum amount prophylactic intervention between themselves and sources infection and myself is one potentially subject to extreme outcomes from minor infections caused by diseases that most people carry but never get sick from by which they convey to people with leukemia without knowing it. They are smart, up-to-date, compassionate 21st century tradesmen.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm beyond happy with my experience! Firstly, everyone I talked to is friendly and professional, and made booking and quoting very straightforward. Secondly, the job was completed in record time, but the results went *far* above and beyond my expectations! Very highly recommended!

This is the worst company!!! they have great employees, however, the owner and management are shady!! They don't respect our military personnel or their employees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

We have a warranty on the house which uses this company. They showed up and refused to fix the issue and wanted us to pay extra to fix an issue due to the original install was not done correctly. Why not just fix the issue and not ask for addition $$. Watch out for this company!

The item was originally installed by a different company. Now this company is trying to indicate it wasn’t so that they could get more business.
