Highly recommend! Dmitriy is great! He came out in the evening after my hot water heaters pressure relief valve had opened and gushed out tons of hot water. He helped me troubleshoot the problem, gave me some advice, told me exactly what to do if I experienced the problem again and he CHARGED ME NOTHING! And yet I would be sitting here with cold water still without his help because I had no idea what happened. Priceless!

The owner Danny came out yesterday morning, it was a yucky situation first thing in the morning, he almost thought he might have to go get the serious machinery, it was a weird angle on pipe, but he figured it out without having to get the serious machinery. Had them install new HVAC system. The ac went out in a month because not charged properly at installation. They came out again because the refrigerant had a leak. It took them three different times to finally get the wifi thermostat working.

I'm really confused by this company and I'm reporting them to my insurance company. The owner quoted the work at $6800, when the workers arrived they said they only had to replace 15ft instead of the 25ft quoted to my insurance company. They also didn't remove part of our cement porch or our cement sidewalk, or the lawn down to the street...all of which was part of their quote to my insurance company. It's been 2 weeks since the work has been done and they offered an $800 discount from the work they didn't do. We asked for an itemized list of the charges like the other companies sent us, they said they don't do itemized lists explaining charges, even though the email they sent me said I'llreceivethe itemized list AFTER I pay. We asked to speak to the guy who did the original quote and they said he no longer works there. We asked to talk to a manager and before transferring me the lady on the phone said that they are reporting us to collections, 2 weeks after the work has been done, because we've asked for itemized list of what we're being charged for when less than half the work has been done. I'm reporting this company to my home owners insurance for fraud with the pictures and videos to show that the work quoted has not been done yet we're still being charged almost the same amount.

I found All Phase Plumbing on line. This company is BBB rated. The team including the scheduler and plumber (Justin) are responsive, communicative, professional, and efficient/effective in their work. I wanted to replace very old equipment in my home before I had any leaks, but could not afford to do it all at once. All Phase provided me with a written estimate and input about what I requested to be done and I had them out to my home monthly to do incremental work as we checked things off the list. There was no pressure about how to accomplish the work on my list. Justin was patient and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. This company has nothing of the feeling of trying to work with a large impersonal plumbing company. I will continue to use All Phase Plumbing and would recommend this business.

Definitely recommended, we had the worst plumbing issue. Both our bathrooms were backing up and we had called Sever plumbing services and none were able to help with the issue. I am great full that I was able to find Millennium Plumbing Specialist, once I informed them of the issue they were able to send someone in a couple hours. Lee was awesome and he was able to fix our issue on the spot, something 4 other plumbing companies were not able to. Great customer service, reliable, and affordable.Thank you guys!!!

Don't waste your time or money. This company is absolutely horrible and very unprofessional. First they gave me a scheduled block from 12pm to 3pm, okay no problem. Didn't show up to my house until 5:10. Also, didnt have the decency to call and inform me that they would be late. Second problem, the tech seemed like he had no clue what he was doing and I was right because my cold water is now hot and my hot water is now cold. Third problem, I call the company to rectify the situation and they gave me the run around about fixing a problem that I didn't have before they showed up at my home 2 hours late. Now I will have to hire another company to fix the initial problem and the problem they created as well dealing with getting my money back from them. Please don't waste your time with this POS company.
