I have been using this company for years for my plumbing, so when my A/C unit died on July1 with the temperature hitting 107 I had them come out. It wasn’t a surprise that we needed a new unit, but it was a Saturday with a holiday coming up and I was worried we couldn’t get it soon enough. (My husband has a medical condition that requires A/C) Monday morning a little after 6 AM I got a call that they would be over that day and they had located a unit. It’s now 3 PM and we are basking in the cool. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you!

They installed completely new copper plumbing throughout our home, drains, vents, all of it (he's also the only plumber that I had met with that didn't flinch when I said I didn't want pex ,especially since the house is gutted and accessible in all areas). I'm typically a fairly handy person, and I enjoy doing my own repairs. Had a clog in the tub, and I couldn't quite get it through the cross bars of the drain, so I removed it. Wrong move! Turns out that when the previous owner renovated the bathroom, they used the wrong flange, and I couldn't get it to screw back into the pipe! After muddling about in the crawl space, I finally called 5 Star Plumbing, and they were able to come out about an hour later. They were able to replace the part and get everything connected back up in ~30 minutes. I was incredibly impressed with the staff - they were friendly, efficient, and mindful of Covid-19 precautions. But above all, I appreciate that they dealt directly with me, and not my husband (who was also home), because I'm the one who called in and knew what was going on. 5 stars for 5 Star Plumbing!

I called this company, on a recommendation from Facebook, on a Monday night at 8:30PM in absolute desperation. I left a message on the voicemail. To my surprise, I received a call back from Val within an hour. I have Kitec plumbing and it had sprung a leak. If you know anything about Kitec, you know it's a nightmare. Val told me to send him some pictures of my situation. I did and we corresponded for the next hour. He gave me a quote through text, detailing on my photo I sent him what would need to be done to repair it. He told me he could be there the next morning at 10:00. I can not say enough good things about this company and this man. My husband and I both were so incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and skills. His communication was excellent. He arrived on time and kept us informed of the repair every step of the way. He spent the entire day fixing my leak and his original quoted price never changed. He is a perfectionist and very skilled at what he does. A very pleasant person to deal with, a true gentleman, and very respectful. I will not hesitate to use this company again. I'm very thankful.

Terrible. Second time ivI' had terrible service with Beutler. Unfortunately they are the original installers of our homes HVAC system and their z tech equipment is proprietary.Fidel the tech had a terrible attitude. Very condescending and agressive . Questioned and argued when I told him their proprietary smart vent system increased my power bill.His quote was outrageous. I had 2 quotes from other HVAC companies today and both were less than 1/4th Beutlers quote. Additionally Fidel insisted that one motor be replaced that both guys today said was perfectly fine.In summary:Rude, agressive techmassive overcharginglying about equipment that did not need to be replaced

My technician provided excellent service, which I appreciate. ability to produce products of the highest caliber and on time. I learned some fresh methods from the serviceman for avoiding drain clogs in the future. I would heartily recommend Gabrial to others.
