I’m so happy that I called this company because Maurice who did the job had done an excellent job in power washing the hardened grease throughout the piping system from kitchen sink all the way to the main pipe. Sacramento Plumbing Solutions recently finished re-piping our entire house, both sewer and water. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with.

Dmitriy of Rbox plumbing came to my house introduced himself shook my hand and gave me an estimate. After receiving several other estimates that were pretty much the same as his, I decided to except his offer. He showed at or agreed upon time, and repaired my issue. He was polite, professional and competent, he finished early and came in under his estimate. I cant say enough nice things about Rbox plumbing or Dmitriy and his son Alex. It was great to do business with the people as honest and respectful as those 2

When all was said and done, they did a good job fixing my broken water main line. The price seemed pretty high considering the work involved, but that’s what you have to pay for an emergency service. I called and within 2 hours someone was here to fix the broken pipe. I would most likely use them again.

I have had this company out 3 times for my water heater. The first time they came out they replaced the most common cause of the water heater going out. Understandable, but still wouldn’t stay lit. Second time was to see what was wrong and order the part. Almost 3 weeks later after my water heater going out, they come and replace the gas control unit in front, what they didn’t do is put the pilot ignition switch back onto it because “the bracket wasn’t the right one.” I looked in the bag of parts and there is the correct new bracket that is supposed to be used that, under my impression, they didn’t want to bother installing. So they left it dangling. So when I go to try and restart the pilot light I will sometimes get shocked doing so. Needless to say this is a hazard in itself and the corners they cut are a definite safety concern. There are also other new parts that they didn’t replace in the bag. As well, they forgot to even turn the water valve back on before they left. If they can’t pay attention to detail I don’t want them to work on anything anymore. Definitely would stay away from this company as they seem to not do a job professional and fully.
