Best Sump Pump Repair in Sacramento CA

I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

They came to diagnose the cause of flooding in our backyard. It was emergency situation and the agents came so quickly. They were so professional and provided great consultation.

We have used this company previously years ago and relied on this business until recently. They came out to look at the air conditioner unit two weeks ago and they were suppose to call back and update on pricing to fix the air conditioning unit but still no one has called back. Called repeated daily to keep getting no communication back. I wouldn't recommend this business due to lack of communication. [Edit 07/18/2023] talked with Scott today and have changed my opinion with this company. He was communitive and expressed apologies, he even got Aaron the manager to get in touch with me and to give me the estimate I've been waiting for; while also expressing what needs to be done with the air conditioner unit. Thank you Scott, I appreciate your response and customer service. 👍

The technician from 1st Plumbing Davis did an excellent job getting the water heater back up and running. He took the time to explain everything he was doing so that I could understand. Not only did I get a repair but also an education on how the equipment worked. It was a great learning experience as well. I highly recommend this company!!

We had a YIKES this morning when my wife found 4 foot snake skin dangling from the laundry room ceiling. I sent Dave a photo and he identified it immediately as a harmless rat snake. Dave knows his stuff.

I waited a few months before writing this review to make sure my drain issue is still uncloged. Kyle was the technician that came over to provide service for me. He was very professional and well mannered. He uncloged my kitchen sink drain issue and also provided tips to preventing future drain issue. A BIG THANKS to Kyle. Please give this gentleman a raise! The next time I have any drain related, I will definitely give Zoom Drain a call and ask for Kyle specifically.
