Thanksgiving morning started with clogged drains in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. A local plumber had no technicians available and recommended Zoom. Maurice came out in uniform and asked questions about what we were experiencing and looked at the outside clean out drains. He clearly explained what we were seeing and the options available for correcting the problem. He took drain pictures to show the finished project and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

What can I say about my experience with Mr. Rooter other than I highly recommend them as a choice for your plumbing needs. The dispatcher was super friendly and responsive. Worked with my schedule and was very pleasant while doing it. My technician team was Jacky and Dave who were very friendly and professional. Jacky and Dave diagnosed my repair quickly and repaired my shower with excellence. They even educated me on how to do some things with my shower. These guys are top notch. Without a doubt I would recommend these professionals.

Daniel Spatz came out to look over some repair work that we had done to replace our hot water tank. He detected not only an incorrect installation, but a leak that caused mold. Had he not come out, we can only imagine what the effects on our family would have been. They are professional and polite and we highly recommend Bullseye Leak Detention.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Vanderveer Plumbing (Bill & Cody) installed trenchless at my home as I was constantly having to call a plumber to snake the pipes due to tree roots and old pipes. I was referred to them by another neighbor. Bill informed me of a program in which I could get a very very low interest loan from the county to do this work which was also quick and easy. Bill and Cody were thorough, meticulous, responsive and fast. Bill made the entire process effortless on my end. It was one of the smoothest contractor jobs I have experienced. I highly recommend.

They did a great job and were there when my family needed them most. Parker was my technician and he went over and beyond and was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had a leaky Sprinkler Control system near the shutoff valve that needed repair. The previous landscaper did a horrible job (Now I know) where he used the wrong PVC and shutoff valve and also used taping that now I know covered shoddy work. I called Sacramento Sewer & Drain and Tyler answered. After explaining the issue, he asked to send a picture of the issue and my address. He said he could make it over in a few hours (which was really a nice surprise). Once Tyler came over, he explained the reason for the leaking, gave me a very fair price to fix and then headed over to the local hardware store to get the parts. Within 20 minutes he was back and within 1 hr he fixed the leak. Can't tell you how pleased I was at Tyler's professionalism, expertise and easy going manner. While the glue on the fixed pvc piping was drying, I showed him the kitchen water filter as I never exchanged it in over 1 year. He explained how to shut off the water valve, and take out the 4 water filters to be replaced. He offered to come back if I still had trouble exchanging the water filter underneath our kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Sacramento Sewer & Drain for any of your sewer, water repairs. True professional and always looking out for his customers. They are a small business with Russell as well. Both gentlemen are top notch. In fact I have a rental property in Sacramento where we need sewer and Drain repairs and I received one quote that was astronomical. I will let Tyler take a look and see what price point he has. Can't say enough about this company. Old School customer service that treat their customers fairly with a long-term customer loyalty approach without gouging the customer.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
