As a Realtor, I work with handyfolks all the time. I had a great experience with Jeremy with a dead air conditioner. He talks fast, in airconditioningese and he talks loud, but he's demonstrably knowledgeable and helpful. Slow him down and ask questions. He has patience and will answer them!

They installed my new bath/shower fixtures. They were on time and Jose did an excellent job. There prices are good too! They will now be my go to company.

These guys are AMAZING! Daniel totally fixed the bathroom at our coffee shop. They came so fast, Nicole the receptionist was sweet as can be and helpful. Omar came out for an emergency unclogging of some pipes. He was friendly and got the work done quickly.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

Excellent service from a team of friendly and knowledgeable experts. They were able to help us find the simplest (and least expensive) solutions to what seemed like a major plumbing issue. I'm grateful to have gotten a hold of them when i did!

Very honest staff

We've used them two times before, and though they cost more than others, we were pleased with the work. This last time they charged us $650 dollars just to look at our toilet. It was a quick fix that took the guy 45 minutes total including time to do the paperwork. That's $867/hour. Total ripoff and we won't use them again. This is in Palm Springs, CA.

Russell is a great plumber! I've kown him for years and seen him learn everything he could about plumbing and now he's out on his own. He's reliable, honest and will take care of your plumbing like it was his own. Very affordable and shows up on time.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
