This company is a Navien water heater specialist as I was having issues with mine after 10 months of installation. They did not install my water heater but I needed a Navien specialist to diagnose it.
I paid them 160 for them to come out for 20 minutes to tell me it was my condensate line, which seemed kinda weird to me as there was no signs of it backed up.

But the machine decided to work when he disconnected the condensate line and didn't even bother getting on Navien tech support.

The heater goes out again 2 days later and I needed them to come back. Once again he tells me it's the condensate line and tells navien I didn't have any fall on the neutralizer.

None if this made sense to me since I delivered 90 new homes with the same set up with no issues.(I'm a construction manager)

Long story short, I had to call Navien tech myself to ask 2 series of questions to figure out I had a internal leak on the heat exchanger and newwrx told me since they didn't install it they did not want to touch it, unless I buy a new one from them.

I ended up going with Clark and rush as their tech knew the issue and got the part warranty.

If you want a navien tankless or need a specialist stay away from this company their tech probably needs more training.

Only thing good about them is their scheduling on showing up at the time alloted.

I requested a quote and within minutes I received a call from Drew who took my info and got me scheduled to have someone out right away. Bill arrived about 20 mins later and had my plumbing issue fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and he gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again. My only regret is that I let my boyfriend try to fix the problem and waited two weeks to call a professional lol Lesson learned.

I had a clogged commercial drain that needed immediate attention so I called three different plumbing company but none could be out the same day. Rapid First was on-site within 20 minutes and was able to unclog system. Big Kudos to Chue & Mario for their rapid work!

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

I was worried about a leak in my plumbing. I called my home warranty company who sent out another company. The other plumber broke my water heater and left.

I called Domco and they sent Jose the same day. He fixed my water heater which was also the source of my leak.

I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Very honest staff

I had them come out to remove a bathroom vanity and disconnect the water lined as I couldn't get them loose. He got there and did not unscrew the lines but cut them off and cremped them to the right of the valves and charged $375. Now I have no water or no way but to tear out the wall to redo the plumbing and reconnect everything so it works again.This was the biggest rip off in all of my home improvements in my life.Thanks for nothing.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
