I called at 2 pm on Monday for a crack in the toilet tank. Michael said he could have someone there between 4:30 and 6:30. At 5 pm Justice called and the toilet needed replacement. He left text at 7 pm with a photo of installed toilet.

This was in a tenant occupied 2 bed 1 bath unit. It was urgent and Plumbing solutions did it!!! And did it well. Thank you.

Dave could not have been nicer! He began the job with a smile on his face and ended the job with a smile on his face. I am a doityourself kinda gal and Dave allowed me to be right in there watching every step of his work. He was quick and professional. Keeping the work site clean was very important to him as well. I would hire him again in a heart beat!

Called in the morning for an unexpected garbage disposal replacement. Had an afternoon appointment. Travis and Jay were courteous, professional and explained the process.

This morning I woke up to find I didn't have any hot water :( I looked up Water Heaters only on Angies list and found they had a 5 star rating so I called them. From start to finish they were professional, timely, and very knowledgable. They completed the job within 3 hours of my call! WoW! I now have hot water and can give my dogs their baths.

Last night we had to shut off our water because water was spewing from our water heater. We were filling buckets from the neighbor’s hose to flush our toilets! So we called the Water Heater Pros. Valentin gave an ETA and showed up right on time. He worked hard fall day, and we truly DID have hot water again by the end of the day! He was skilled, polite, and explained things patiently. I am SO grateful to Valentin for replacing our water heater!

I would not recommend this company for tankless water heater service. They botched a diagnosis and repair of my tankless water heater, taking 8 service calls to figure out what was wrong with my heater, at one point they told me I had to replace the heater. Turns out the electrical control box was faulty and needed to be replaced.After almost $1,000 in parts and labor, they finally figured out what was wrong. One star since they were mostly pleasant despite the frustrating experience.

Everyone was very polite and professional. Kenny was great. He came and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions. He gave me good information so I could decide what to do. He did the job in a timely fashion and was on his way to the next one. He was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Jeff and Mike showed up right on time , unlike other plumbers, to provide a free estimate for my hot water heater that wasn't working. They noticed the fuze wa burnt out right away and told me how to fix it extremely helpful and nice guys- I will definitely call them back of my next issue!.

I scheduled with Bullseye to check for a leak in my house. Not knowing what to expect on the day of the inspection, the Bullseye technician, Adrian came bright and early. Adrian was very thorough, patience, respectful and very professional conducting the inspection & detection. He took his time to test for water leaks in all our bathrooms, garage and under the kitchen sink; he answered our questions, practiced social distancing and mask wearing. Thankfully, no leak was detected. I will recommend Adrian to any customer looking for water leak detection anytime. Bullseye price was a bit high, but Adrian went above and beyond to check various areas in the house. So I am very pleased with his professionalism and I will recommend Bullseye services to anyone, but most importantly, Bullseye technician, Adrian is highly recommended!

The tech Jeremy is great and very knowledgeable about commercial plumbing he was able to fix a problem that 3 other plumbing company's could not. Boyd plumbing is my go to commercial plumbing company.
