We discovered our AC was not working on a Saturday night. We called Ace and set up an appt for Sunday AM, as the attic was way too hot for any person. Dennis came out on Sunday and was very efficient at discovering the problem. He came back the next day with the part and all is working well. I appreciate the call 10-15 minutes ahead of his arrival. I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

We had a new HVAC system installed by Gallagher’s last October. The scheduling, financial planning and installation all went great and everyone was really friendly. When we had our inspection done to obtain the final permit, there was one minor correction that needed to be made. The inspector told me that Gallagher’s would be calling to set up an appointment to make that correction and then he would be back out after to finalize everything. I waited a week and hadn’t received any calls from Gallagher’s , so I text the man we purchased the system from to inquire and make sure I got the information correct from the inspector because I hadn’t heard anything. He let me know he would get in touch with the office for them to call me to set up an appointment. A few more weeks passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I just called the office myself. I was transferred to the voicemail of someone that could assist in setting up an appointment and left my call back information. A month later, and still no call back so I called back again. I explained the situation to the receptionist and I believe she transferred me over to the manager. I again explained the situation and what I needed to have done and he told me that I would be receiving a call the next day to get something scheduled. A week later, my husband received the call and we scheduled for someone to come out the next day. The fix took 15 minutes but it took almost 3 months to make it happen, which is disappointing. Our system works great and everyone that we spoke to and worked with were very friendly, which is wonderful but I shouldn’t have had to call as many times as I did and wait for as long as we did to get a 15 minute fix completed. I believe my experience shows that there is an improvement opportunity in regards to customer service.

Scheduled an appointment for getting an estimate for repairing sprinklers based on good reviews , the technician (Jesse Vasquez) apparently went to the neighbor's house cross the street (by mistake as they claim), and after he found out that he is in the wrong address, did not correct himself to come to our house as by accident the neighbor had some projects for them to do and the guy started working there and totally ignored his appointment with us (paid job in the neighbors versus appointment with us to provide an estimate)! When I called the owner (Mike) and explained the situation, found that he is well aware of what happened and instead of offering apology or correcting the mistake by sending the technician to the appointment started laughing !
Later, Mike contacted me and apologized AFTER he saw the negative review here. He asked me to remove the negative review multiple times and informed me that he will do anything to compensate if I remove this negative review!

My technician provided excellent service, which I appreciate. ability to produce products of the highest caliber and on time. I learned some fresh methods from the serviceman for avoiding drain clogs in the future. I would heartily recommend Gabrial to others.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

When I called them they told me there is a 90$ diagnostic charge and I agreed to that ! Later I found out they charged me $197 without my knowledge ! These people are very deseptive and dishonest! I wouldn't recommend this company!
In my opinion they are literally thieves!
