Caden was very professional and transparent about what was going on. He cleared the plumbing of one side of our house. The other side he spent a long time trying to clear but ultimately said we’d need to hydro jet the pipes. We were aware of this so this was not a surprise. The issue was not resolved with the first appointment but I hope it will with the next. We appreciate Caden’s honesty and ability to explain the situation and our options.

Great service and reliable. Service appointment was quick. A plumber came out and fixed the problem but then later after he left there was a very minor problem. I called Ken, the owner, and he came out and fixed it himself. I gave them 5 stars because the job got done in a timely manner. This company is reasonable and does not overcharge.

One of the only businesses that responded to my inquiry during the weekend. and with a reasonable prices, They provided me a quote and set up the time to come and fix the issue(s). The literally came the next day. Both of my toilet were clogged due to my kiddo putting his toys inside the bowl. I also needed them to replace something within the flusher they did everything i asked for in less than 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

My mom had a leak dripping from her ceiling in her bathroom. I called 5 Star and in less than 2 hours Khalil was there, eariier than scheduled. He found the leak and repaired it. We were really worried it was Kitec plumbing that she had, but thankfully it wasn't. Felt bad that it was our first really hot day for him. We highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing!

Another extremely satisfying encounter with a Sacramento Plumbers technician. Damian was meticulous and took the time to explain his findings regarding my air conditioning unit. He exceeded expectations and was both professional and knowledgeable. The service's scheduling was also superb. I continue to recommend them highly.

Talk about miracle workers! Jeff and Alden really went out of their way to help me with a broken water heater, which included lots of unique challenges, and all within one day. A top notch company that really goes above and beyond. They also matched the lowest quote I had received from another company. Very professional, honest, and hard-working people. Miracle Works will be my go-to plumbers for all my future issues. Incredibly grateful.

When we bought our new house in Sacramento, we found that the new house had Kitec plumbing and we have to re-pipe our entire house. After getting 5 quotes, we went with EAMS plumbing and

1. Chris was able to complete the entire repipe on time.
2. His quote was less than almost everyone and he was honest and upfront. He was not pushy about the nice-to-haves.
3. We were out of country the entire time and Chris kept us posted on the progress and patient oul answered our questions.
4. Chris also oversaw the drywall patching work (he referred us to an awesome drywall & paint guy (Bret Zipprian) who was also phenomenal to work with.
5. When we had a couple of questions 2 months after the job was completed and Chris stopped by our place immediately to clarify our questions.

I would highly recommend Chris for your all your plumbing needs (complex and simple) and he will be our go to guy for me and my family going forward.

The technician that came out ( Austin Zimmer Duncan ) to remove our old toilet and install the new one was very professional and knowledgeable.A real professional at what he does.
Would I use America's Plumbing again? Absolutely not. I had hurt my back and leg other wise I would of done everything myself but I really did not have a choice. The estimate was $430.00. Let me say again the technician did a awesome job. The cost for this job was so over priced. I would never recommend this company, America's Plumbing Company for any job.
