Jason, the gentleman who came out and diagnosed and repaired my water leak, was a real pleasure to work with. He explained what the problem was and gave me several options to choose from on how I wanted to proceed with the repair. He didn't try to upsell me and explained the cost of each of the repair procedures.
He was very professional in his workmanship and customer service.
I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I can not say enough of how much I am satisfied with this company and its employees.

We had a gas line leak under a concrete pad at a duplex and Timothy from All Sac Emergency Plumbing responded the same day, did a thorough inspection, estimated the cost fairly, and scheduled the job quickly. Good service and quick turnaround

I've been using them since March 2021 and they have consistently been awesome! They stand by their work and they are VERY thorough, double and triple checking their work before they're done. And they're fast too! They respond right away and I've always been able to get things fixed right away. I won't use anyone else, they're the best.

Val repaired our sewer injection system. He was one of the most responsive when I was looking for estimates and gave a detailed breakdown on the expenses. He was very accommodating to our time and scheduling to our availability.

Sacramento Repipe, I needed a new gas line. Dave Ortiz was very courteous and professional actually answered the phone. His bid for the work was within the range of my estimated amount and well under the bid of the big pluming companies. He informed me of all steps in the process. I am very happy with my new gas line and would recommend Sacramento Repipe.

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.
