Steve and David are incredible. We called on a Saturday afternoon for an unknown leak in the garage and they had found the leak and repaired it by the end of the day. It was in the subfloor of my home, a very unlikely spot to ever look for this type of leak and they chased the leak all the way to the second floor and it has been dry ever since. A very hard find but they knew exactly how to maneuver the space of my home and garage to pinpoint the exact location! We are still so impressed and thankful!

In addition to the pipe leak, Steve repaired the drywall that needed to be replaced, as well as helped repair another spot from a former opening. He also was able to help mitigate some mold areas for us cause by the broken pipe.

David fixed our garbage disposal and found a tiny piece of plastic that has
been caught between the sides of the disposal for a while!

Ken came out at 9 pm on a Saturday night when a fitting came unglued and was spewing water all over my yard. I had to shut the water off to the whole house while I tried to find someone to come out, but was told by another 24/7 plumbing service that they wouldn't fix something related to my irrigation system. Everyone else was closed until Monday or not answering calls. Ken came out immediately and had it fixed within about 20 minutes, turning a tear-inducing situation for me into something much less stressful. I highly suggest giving these guys a call for your plumbing needs.

Had a leaky water heater at a rental property of mine in Roseville. Original unit circa 1990! That's amazing it lasted so long. Called WHO and they responded rather quickly. They did have an issue with a truck down and an employee out sick, but they did make it out the following day. (anybody that owns a business knows this can happen) Ron was on time and provided a quality install and was very polite and respectful to my tenant. I would recommend them for any rental property water heater replacement needs.

My gas water heater had a sudden leak from the bottom, so I had to replace it. Turns out it was 16 years old. I called around and was getting quoted anywhere from 2.6k to more than 7k. Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

I'm very happy with my service from Boyd Plumbing. I originally called another plumber who said they would call me back and Boyd Plumbing managed to get here and complete the job before I even received that call back from the other company. I highly recommend this service. When I lost hot water, the burner assembly in my water heater had to be replaced. Right Guys Plumbing was one of three companies recommended by the manufacturer. I called and spoke directly to Mitch who gave me an exact (and reasonable) quote over the phone, and said he could do the repair that afternoon. He showed up on time, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Excellent job!

We use American River Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. George is always professional. We highly recommend George for any of your plumbing issues. This is at least the fourth time he has come to our rescue. You don't realize how important it is to have a reliable, dependable and timely person answer the phone when you have an emergency. Too bad there are only five stars to give. We would have given him ten.
