Best Hot Water in Sacramento CA

I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

The owner, Ken, came out and replaced my garbage disposal. He was on time, very pleasant and got the job done quick. Price was even better. I highly recommend.

Clint provided first-rate support. Everything was fixed before they left, and they were cordial and helpful as we considered our options. Another slow drain was fixed before they left. A trip well worth making.

I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike. I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting. Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work. Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit. The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again. I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. Found out our water heater was about this morning. Called and set appointment for a new one to be installed. Brandon Nelson got to the house at 12. We talked and went over options for about 15 minutes. He was done installing the new heater at 1:30. Actual work time was about 1 hour 15 minutes. He was professional and informed us of warranty and everything. Suggest using them.

Our 35 year old water heater died in the morning and we were up and running with a new one in the afternoon. Thanks to WHP for great customer service and Patrick, who did the install by himself in record time. 5 stars easy!

I would not recommend this company for tankless water heater service. They botched a diagnosis and repair of my tankless water heater, taking 8 service calls to figure out what was wrong with my heater, at one point they told me I had to replace the heater. Turns out the electrical control box was faulty and needed to be replaced.After almost $1,000 in parts and labor, they finally figured out what was wrong. One star since they were mostly pleasant despite the frustrating experience.

Domco Plumbing did a great job on replacing out water heater. They were able to come out the next day and were even early. Super clean work. We are very happy with their service.

Joseph was my plumbing specialist and repaired my clogged sink within minutes. When 3 other companies wanted to charge me close to $2600 Mr. Rooter did as they promised free estimated and service fee. Joseph was the kindest and most polite- very professional!! Please call me if you want to know who not to call for help. Joseph is a winner and will be successful in life!!

Beyond the right choice. Honest, honorable, respectful, clean, accurate, and caring. I chose this company after getting many quotes. He was the most honest quote. I had contractors who took their work as a burden and not my safety first. They didn't want to put the work in to do it right and safe because it would require climbing under the house. We had companies try to quote us for the same work but added on extra fees for what needed to be done. Mitch even pulled our permits and added extra luxuries for us. He went above and beyond and was so considerate of our schedules and needs. My other half was so happy we went with him that they wouldn't stop talking about what a great contractor he is. We will always use him in the future.
